Flawless accommodation, clean and pleasant environment, has the essential household utensils that facilitate your routine, easy access and excellent location. In addition, the host is kind and accessible, helped us with indications for our needs in the city. We facilitated our arrival to help me arrive on time at the event being flexible with check-in. The cost-benefit is great. We want to stay and live in the city in front of such a pleasurable experience.

The apartment and condominium are great! Quiet place with restaurants, cafes and swimming pool. The stay was great, the owner helped with all the questions and responded quickly!

I felt at home in the apartment. As I was alone, I found the space very spacious and very cozy. I stayed there twice, with an interval of about a week between stays. One point I think is important to comment on is the facial recognition system to enter the building. On some occasions, I had difficulty being recognized. I realized that the system is very strict: for example, if the registered photo had bangs covering the forehead and, at the time of entry, it was to the side, access was not granted. The same thing happened when I stopped wearing a beard (and I had a very thin beard). After going through these situations, I started updating my photo in the app whenever I returned to the apartment, to avoid possible inconveniences. I don't know if other people had the same problem, but I thought it was worth sharing. In addition, the location is excellent: there is a market just below and great restaurants nearby. I really enjoyed the experience!

You know when you feel at home away from home? Very well-equipped space, rich in household utensils and electronics. There were so many closets and drawers that I think it's impossible to use them all (laughs). Very friendly and responsive concierge service.

Excellent apartment, very well divided. Wonderful shower, with strong water pressure. Comfortable bed and air-conditioning with clean filter. Easy to access parking space. Extremely polite doorman. Leda is very helpful and made us feel at home.

Peterson is an excellent host, the apartment is wonderful and the resort exceeded our expectations. Great facilities, wonderful swimming pools, condominium has a tobacco shop, restaurant, pizzeria, cafes, fitness center (outsourced), among others. The lake view is breathtaking, excellent for slowing down and recharging. I'd come back a thousand times!

We stayed Friday to Monday and it was wonderful days. The place is exactly the same as the pictures and even better because you feel the peace of nature and enjoy the delight of the lakes with its beautiful fish. The house is of incredible good taste, with excellent towels and bedding. Super well-equipped kitchen. We only really took what we ate and yet very close by there are several options the host gave us before we even asked for it. Ana is an evaluation 'parte, always very kind, helpful, proactive and responds super quickly to our doubts. The temperature of the lagaos is wonderful and we really enjoy every minute. Super recommend to those who want to spend pleasant days in a more than welcoming environment and very close to home. We loved! Thank you Ana. Long live the Mawê Falls!

The place is very beautiful, well tidy and clean, has all the utensils we would have at home. Homes are super comfortable. The pools are sensational, have crystal clear waters and fish and natural vegetation around. The place is super quiet and makes you feel like you're out of town. The entire structure is very good and leaves nothing to be desired. Local super recommended.

Excellent space

What an amazing place! The location is perfect, with an artificial lake of stones and crystal clear water that left us enchanted. In addition, the on-site waterfall is a separate spectacle, and being able to swim alongside the fish has made the experience even more special and unforgettable. The accommodation is impeccable, extremely clean and well decorated, creating a cozy and sophisticated atmosphere. The bed is super comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and the small details, such as complimentary coffee and barbecue items, made all the difference in our stay. In addition, the host was extremely attentive and helpful, always available to answer questions and offer local tips. I recommend this place with my eyes closed and I hope to return soon!

Great place, value for money

Bernardo was an amazing host, mine was a long-term stay of two months and the apartment was perfectly equipped for working from home. The personal touches in the apartment and decorations really made the place feel homely and welcoming. Very neat and well equipped with everything you need for an extended stay. The location is ideal for a business traveller, with restaurant and recreation facilities, including a pool and well-equipped gym, and on site parking all within the secure condominium.
