Perfect location for those of you who want to discover Österlen and at the same time stay in the countryside. You will stay in our apartment, which is located in one wing of our farm in Karlaby. Here you live in the countryside but still only 15 minutes to the beautiful sandy beaches at Knäbäckshusen. If you prefer to stroll and experience the small town idyll, Simrishamn is only 8 minutes away by car. For those who play golf, there are two nice golf courses at Österlens Golf Club within 15 minutes by car. In addition, there are all the sights in Kivik, Baskemölla, Rörum, Ystad, etc.

In the middle of Österlen, on the charming fishing village of Brantevik, this cozy house is just 300m from the sea. Here you can enjoy the tranquility with the lush garden outside the windows, take a swim in the ocean, stroll along the beach meadows, or read a good book in the hammock. If the weather fails, you can warm up in the jacuzzi, sauna or in front of the fireplace. The garden has a patio on both the front and back (east/north/west), so both breakfast and dinner can be taken in the morning sun. Charcoal grill (Weber) is available.

Access to several patios including direct exit to the back with its own terrace and garden area.

The house is located at the bottom of a dead end street and with walking distance to the village's various activities such as tennis court, outdoor gym, padel court, swimming area and playground. In the house there are 4 sleeping places divided into 2 larger bedrooms, the other with a double bed and the other with two single beds. All beds are purchased in 2021. Bathroom with toilet and shower. Open-plan with kitchen, dining area and sofa.

The Brygghuset Hagestad former microbrewery in Österlen offers a newly renovated guesthouse in a boutique hotel style. Only 8 minutes to Sandhammaren beach. 2 mn walking distance to the neighbors Karl-Fredrik at Eklaholm & Reunion shop/cafe. Private furnished patio, barbecue and endless sunsets over the fields. Nice food experiences/shops/flea market/hikes around the corner. 3 km to Handlaren Löderup, 4 km h ICA, pharmacy etc. Bed linens & towels are included. Gladsax is located in the heart of Österlen with close proximity to the sea, nature, sights and in combination of a fantastic beautiful and genuine environment. The guesthouse is adapted for 2-6 people and is suitable for those who want to enjoy the little extra both indoors and outdoors on the beautiful Österlen. The interior has been created by the interior designer Djon Clausen. The house has an overall area of 100 m2 and the plot is 4000 m2.

Come down and start the golfing season in Skåne! During the spring it is also a paradise for bird watchers or bring your hiking boots and explore the Skåneleden trail. That summer is a treat on Österlen with some of Sweden's loveliest beaches is no secret, but even the autumn with the lukewarm evenings and the warm sea is magical!

Animal & Child Friendly Cabin with Fireplace and Hot Tub

Mysig stuga precis utanför Höör där ni får full tillgång till hela stället och där det finns bla. spabad utomhus, kamin, utomhuseldplats, stort trädäck och en rymlig trädgård med en skog precis bakom. Platsen är i en liten stugby nära kvesarumssjön. Runtom stugorna omringas man av skogen och med en 10minuters promenad genom skogen kan man komma ner till en sjö med grill och badplats. OBS. detta är inte ett boende för att ha fest eller spela musik utomhus då det är i en stugby.

Beautiful & close to the sea in Baskemölla on Österlen

The house is located in Baskemölla hills, just above the fishing village, with nightingale, cuckoo and tree frogs right nearby. Whether you come by car, bus or bike, Baskemölla is a perfect starting point for a successful Österlen vacation. Just a short walk to the sea with a swimming area and fantastic hiking trails. Dogs are welcome by arrangement, but not cats (due to allergies). Rented Sunday-Sunday during the summer season.

You live next to Grönet a popular natural area south of the village with walking paths along the sea and through pastures. Single entrance via outdoor stairs. The stairs are steep and not suitable for anyone with difficulty walking or keeping balance.
