The unit is exactly as described and looks like the pictures. We had a great stay. It was very convenient to have the kitchenette and washer and dryer since we were there for about 2 weeks. The location was good and the separate entrance was very convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

Joel was very helpful with local recommendations and also allowed me and my guest to store our luggage early before check in, when I asked. Nice clean bathroom and room, and also walkable to nearby Downtown Wilmington and the rivers/creeks. Minor issue was thin walls, as I could hear heavy footsteps on the stairs and wood floor early in the morning by one other guest, which woke me up. Other than that, peaceful stay.
