Apartment vacation rentals in Brandinchi Beach

This was one of the best places I have stayed in Airbnb. Difficult to fault anything. Giorgio was very professional and timely in all interactions. The apartment was impeccably clean, and is a beautiful property, in the heart of San Pantaleo, with private parking. He was kind enough to offer a host of additional advice and services, was flexible with check-in, and was able to accommodate a late check out for us. We stayed with 2 young kids. The youngest is turning 2 and walking. It was not a problem for us but the only potential downside are exposed stairs (Giorgio warned us in advance) and it was not a problem for us, but I think it would be a challenge with a younger child (crawling or not able to safely manage stairs.) An enormous thank you to Giorgio and Elizabethan for sharing their beautiful place in a beautiful part of the world. I would recommend their place, and if I’m ever lucky enough to return to San Pantaleo I would 100% try to book with them again. Thank you!

We are already here for the 2nd time immediately felt at home. Everything is decorated with a lot of love, so you can also spend a nice time indoors. The beach is just under the window of the property, very idyllic and quiet. The small town of Palau is within walking distance and also the island of Maddalena is easily accessible from there by ferry and worth a visit! We have already booked for next year:-)

The place was clean, quiet, peaceful. It’s a bit difficult to find. The road that leads to the apartment is very bumpy, and you’re not sure if you’re on the right road. But it’s a wonderful place.Andrea and Anna are wonderful hosts. They answered my text timely and always to the point, thank you Highly recommended to anyone who’s looking forward peace, quiet and relaxations. We’re enjoyed very much ❤️❤️

Booked Daniela apartment for my mums 60th birthday surprise holiday and we had the best time The apartment was amazing, clean bigger than we expected, bedrooms were a lovely size and the shower and bathroom was lovely. The view was spectacular and we had the best time sitting out enjoying the sea in the mornings and before bed. Daniela and her co host elena were so responsive and quick to reply with any help that we needed, very friendly with check in and out and were more than happy to accommodate a later check in and out We would definitely recommend to friends and family and anyone else we had the best time and would very much so visit again ❤️

We had a wonderful time in Enrica's apartment and were very warmly received by Federico. We were able to check in a little earlier, which made it much easier for us to arrive with a toddler and baby, thank you again! The place is very nice, well equipped and we really enjoyed the small garden. The beach is only a 10-minute walk away and also perfect for smaller children. On the last section of the beach, we also had our dog with us, which is apparently no problem there. We were often even alone there. Thank you again to Enrica, Rosa and Federico, we had a good time in Porto Istana!

A peaceful haven in the immediate vicinity of San Teodoro, the well-equipped accommodation is located in a green setting beautifully decorated by Barbara. The outdoor shower in the middle of the fig trees, with views of the bay, is pure bliss. Small vegetable garden with aromatic herbs, salads, onions, and delicious lemons 🍋 Barbara is an attentive, considerate, discreet host, with very good advice, she helped us with all our reservations, and she is a real ray of sunshine, a bundle of kindness and humor. You can book without a second thought.

We had a great time. The place was very clean and well stocked. Sometimes even better than in the reviews. The view of the sea was wonderful. The facility was well maintained. Nearby were beautiful beaches like White Beach. We will be happy to come back.

Lovely AirBnB! We stayed one week and enjoyed every minute. :-) It was clean and well-equipped. We loved the balcony - good view and nice to relax there. The neighbourhood was amazing, kind and open-hearted, even if we don’t speak italian. It was really calm and everyone was friendly! You can reach San Teodoro by walking within 3-5 minutes. There are a lot of good restaurants, gelaterias (best one: Cono) and some small Shops. It is a really safe place in a lovely small village. The Communication with Matteo was uncomplicated and he replied quick. He also offered two umbrellas for the beach. The only thing we could criticise is the size of the bathroom, which could be a little bit bigger, but ok for some days. We definitely recommend this place and would book it again! :-)

Lovely apartment, great location.

This is a really great property. You are a 10 minute drive from town and theres a selection of great beaches closeby.. The team were very responsive when we had questions, and found solutions quickly and easily. A great stay!

We wanted somewhere close to Olbia Airport and then to travel to the north and this was a great location. Her apartment was immaculate with the lovely touch of a bottle of local wine and biscuits left for our arrival. The weekend we arrived there was the world rally championship in Olbia making it very busy, but Eleni’s dad saved a parking spot for us for which we were enormously grateful. The terrace area was perfect, lots of lovely touches in the apartment. Overall a great place to stay.

our stay at Carlo’s place was very lovely. close to all the great beaches and restaurants and the place itself was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. would recommend:)

The view from the garden/terrace was spectacular. A lovely little apartment with a short walk to some beautiful beaches. Giovanna was very welcoming and extremely helpful with her suggestions.

Set in a lovely garden setting the apartment is a quiet and peaceful location to explore the wonderful region. Laura is a wonderful host.

We loved staying in this beautiful little beach apartment. Had all the amenities, close to the centre and great BBQ and outdoor shower. We really appreciated the late checkout!

Graziella and Carlo are the best hosts, they fully supported us in an emergency with great dedication. Thank you again for that. The apartment is still pleasantly cool in the evening even in high heat, so you don't actually need the air conditioning. 100% recommended by us in all respects.

We stayed at Andrea's for 9 nights. What to say. It's perfect as you wish. Very easy to communicate, we were able to check in much earlier, as we had already landed at 8:00 am and it is only 13 minutes from the airport. Everything is as described, very clean and well prepared. You can reach very nice beaches within 15-30 minutes. You have everything else you need very close. We felt at home from day one. Just perfect. We'd love to come back and highly recommend it. Thank you for everything.

We really liked the apartment, very central and with everything available. It allowed us to enjoy the village of Maddalena to the fullest. The air conditioning system worked very well (very important). The complete and essential decor, pots and dishes in abundance, spacious and functionally furnished bedrooms. The terrace is very large with partial views of the port (but which for us was not important) with a large table and chairs to eat outdoors. It overlooks a street with moderate traffic. There is no parking but we were able to use the free public parking almost always, with a walk back through the country always very pleasant. Alternatively, paid parking for 1 euro per hour. Communication with the owners was great and fast, we received all the answers to our questions of ordinary administration. I also recommend sailing trips!

Elena's apartment was really lovely -- super modern, spacious, and clean. She provided tons of amenities (towels, beach towels, beach bags, cooking utensils, etc). She was also very responsive and helped us out with finding a late night taxi for a night out. Overall, a really nice stay. Some things to note: - The pool has a swimming cap policy for when you are fully in the water (swimming caps were also provided for all guests). This was a bit annoying conceptually but it ended up being totally fine and kind of funny, so it shouldn't be an issue unless you want to do a hair flip photoshoot in the pool. - The free street parking was not immediately outside of the property (was around 3-5 mins walking) so keep this in mind if you have a lot of luggage to unload.

Nice place fully stocked with amenities for a comfortable stay with responsive helpful host in a nice walkable location in Palau.

Quiet location but still within walking distance of beautiful beaches, the harbor and various restaurants. lovely terrace where you sit privately with beautiful flowers and large living room. In the living room, there is also a folding bed that is in good condition. Furthermore, a large bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. Always a parking space available. Within walking distance is a Despar, less than 10 minutes walk. highly recommended!

We arrived a little late around 10pm, Patrizia and her husband were very welcoming, they even offered to take us to a restaurant because we hadn't eaten really nice of them. The apartment was very clean, nothing to say. I recommend it.

We had a wonderful time. The apartment is superb and very well equipped. The terrace is large and very pleasant. The neighborhood is quiet and is located close to all shops (cafes, bar, supermarkets and pharmacy). The beach is a 5-minute walk away which is very nice and convenient. Excellent stay in Sardinia in this residence ideally located about forty kilometers from Olbia airport Located near a supermarket and a few kilometers from beautiful beaches, we were greeted late the first night due to a plane delay. Despite this, our hosts welcomed us. Very clean apartment, washing machine, quiet residence with the possibility of barbecues. The only point to improve would be the pool, unheated and with temperatures a little low in early May. Great value and remarkable hospitality. Highly recommended
