We had a great stay at the apartment. We were able to access it earlier than planned (great after a long flight) and the location to public transport was terrific. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance and supermarkets nearby too. Great spot to explore Berlin. Thank you for the stay!

Great apartment! It was very clean, spacious and was equipped with everything you needed. The TV tower from the apartment windows was just incredible. The location was super convenient to bus, u-bahn stations, supermarkets, and eating places. All are within walking distance. Sven was easy to communicate and very responsive. I would highly recommend Sven’s place for anyone travelling to Berlin.

Sehr gute und pflegte Unterkunft. Die Möbel waren alle sauber außer ein Coach war mit viele Flecken drauf. Die Wohnung ist super top zu erreichen und fast von überall mit dem Auto oder öffentlichen Verkehr erreichbar. Der Preis ist gut, halte ich aber ein bisschen zu teuer. gerne wieder wieder

I had a wonderful stay at this flat in Berlin. The location was excellent and easy to access, making my trip very convenient. The apartment was well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, and the welcome bottle of sparkling wine was a thoughtful touch. The only minor downside was that it could be a bit noisy in the mornings due to being on the first floor with a large window. However, this didn’t significantly affect my overall experience. Overall, a great place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it!

Man wohnt mit der Vermieterin in einem Haus, was aber überhaupt kein Problem darstellt. Im Gegenteil, bei möglichen Nachfragen kurze Wege und schnelle Reaktion. Überhaupt nicht aufdringlich und zurückhaltend, es wird aber sehr nett kommuniziert, dass die Vermieterin bei Problemen oder auch Tipps für die Umgebung ohne Zögern sehr gerne angesprochen werden kann. Einfach nur Top und völlig unkompliziert. Sehr saubere und geräumige Wohnung, es ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür, sogar überdachte Fahrradstellplätze, und Außensitzbereich. Für uns war die Unterkunft der perfekte Ausgangspunkt, um das wunderschöne Potsdam mit dem Fahrrad erkunden zu können. Hier stimmte wirklich alles für einen wunderschönen Kurzurlaub. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter. Katrin, vielen Dank für deine Gastfreundschaft.

A truly incredible stay. Mitte is a lovely area with lots of nice bars, restaurants and cafes. Easy tram or underground journey into the centre or walkable if necessary. Really quiet apartment with all amenities listed. Both bedrooms have double beds and lots of storage space. Perfect!

I had a 3-week perfect stay. Couldn’t be better. Michael & Christiana are very welcoming, accessible and kind. The apartment was clean, organised and spacious. Ideal for 2 people. The district is calm and relaxing. They even helped me carrying the luggage and dropping me off at the metro station by car. I fully recommend!!

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt! Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben, sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Die Lage war ideal, um die Umgebung zu erkunden, und wir fühlten uns von Anfang an wie zu Hause. Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Schon vor unserer Ankunft hatten wir einen sehr netten Kontakt, und während unseres Aufenthalts war der Gastgeber immer erreichbar, falls wir Fragen hatten. Der Check-in und Check-out verliefen reibungslos und unkompliziert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Liebe zum Detail in der Unterkunft. Man merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf Komfort und Wohlfühlatmosphäre gelegt wird. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die großartige Gastfreundschaft! Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Heel fijn appartement voor ons gezin van vijf. Ook erg genoten van het balkon. De locatie is geweldig. Dicht bij metro, maar ook op loopafstand leuke en interessante plekken te bereiken.

Als ich in der Unterkunft ankam, hat mein Herz gleich gehüpft und ich mich sehr gefreut. Es war einfach wunderschön, tolle Energie und Harmonie. Es war noch schöner, als ich dachte und die Stunden am See sowie im Garten mit den blühenden Apfelbäumen waren wunderschön. Ich bin sehr dankbar, dort gewesen sein zu dürfen und komme sicher wieder. Danke Anett und Lutz!!! Ein Seelenort.

So eine tolle Unterkunft, Grundstück und die besten Gastgeber ever. Wir hatten eine super schöne Osterzeit bei Katja und Ben. Die beiden waren sowas von entspannte und interessante Gastgeber wie man es nur sehr sehr selten erlebt. Wir freuen uns die beiden kennengelernt zu haben.
