We had a great stay at the apartment. We were able to access it earlier than planned (great after a long flight) and the location to public transport was terrific. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance and supermarkets nearby too. Great spot to explore Berlin. Thank you for the stay!

Great apartment! It was very clean, spacious and was equipped with everything you needed. The TV tower from the apartment windows was just incredible. The location was super convenient to bus, u-bahn stations, supermarkets, and eating places. All are within walking distance. Sven was easy to communicate and very responsive. I would highly recommend Sven’s place for anyone travelling to Berlin.

Very good and well-maintained accommodation. The furniture was all clean except a couch that had a lot of stains on it. The apartment is super easy to reach and accessible from almost anywhere by car or public transport. The price is good, but I think it's a bit too expensive. happy to come back. again

I had a wonderful stay at this flat in Berlin. The location was excellent and easy to access, making my trip very convenient. The apartment was well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, and the welcome bottle of sparkling wine was a thoughtful touch. The only minor downside was that it could be a bit noisy in the mornings due to being on the first floor with a large window. However, this didn’t significantly affect my overall experience. Overall, a great place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it!

You live with the landlady in a house, which is no problem at all. On the contrary, for possible inquiries, short distances and quick response. Not at all intrusive and reserved, but it is very nicely communicated that the landlady can be approached without hesitation in case of problems or tips for the area. Simply top and completely uncomplicated. Very clean and spacious apartment, really everything is there. Parking right outside the front door, even covered bicycle parking spaces, and outdoor seating area. For us, the place was the perfect base to explore beautiful Potsdam by bike. Everything was really right here for a wonderful getaway. We recommend the accommodation unreservedly. Katrin, thank you so much for your hospitality.

A truly incredible stay. Mitte is a lovely area with lots of nice bars, restaurants and cafes. Easy tram or underground journey into the centre or walkable if necessary. Really quiet apartment with all amenities listed. Both bedrooms have double beds and lots of storage space. Perfect!

Nico is a precise, well-communicated Transient Lodging Tax! The apartment is very nice well equipped and clean! Free parking on the inner courtyard. The house is quiet! I recommend it to anyone!

I had a 3-week perfect stay. Couldn’t be better. Michael & Christiana are very welcoming, accessible and kind. The apartment was clean, organised and spacious. Ideal for 2 people. The district is calm and relaxing. They even helped me carrying the luggage and dropping me off at the metro station by car. I fully recommend!!

Our stay was just perfect! The place was exactly as described, clean, well-appointed and very comfortable. The location was ideal for exploring the surrounding area and we felt right at home from the start. The host was extremely friendly and accommodating. Even before our arrival, we had a very nice contact, and during our stay, the host was always available if we had questions. Check-in and check-out went smoothly and easily. Particularly noteworthy is the attention to detail in the place. You can tell that a lot of emphasis is placed on comfort and a feel-good atmosphere here. We enjoyed our stay very much and would come back anytime. Thanks for the great hospitality! We highly recommend this place.

When I arrived at the property, my heart jumped right away and I was delighted. It was just beautiful, great energy and harmony. It was even nicer than I thought and the hours at the lake and in the garden with the blooming apple trees were beautiful. I am very grateful to have been there and will certainly come back.
