Very pleasant accommodation in a quiet part of Mittersill on the first floor of a family house with a separate entrance. The host actively communicated with us, provided us with a SommerCard and prepared clean and nice accommodation.

Great accommodation and wonderful hosts if you're looking for a peaceful vacation in Kitzbühl.

We stayed with our 1.5-year-old daughter for 10 days in the accommodation. It was very nice and we loved it. Everything was super described and hassle-free. We were even provided with a crib, which is why we fortunately did not have to bring this from home. Thank you for the great time! We really enjoyed the vacation we urgently needed. We can definitely recommend it.

The place was really very nice and although we were four adults and one toddler, we all had more than enough space. The view was great, the furnishings were high-quality. There was nothing missing. Everything was very clean. Can only recommend it.

If you are looking for peace and relaxation, you are in good hands with the Kirchner family! Ms. Kirchner was always available. For us and the communication was impeccable, as well as her apartment! Everything was sparkling clean and everything up to date! Especially the kitchen, which is equipped with very high-quality appliances! I would also like to mention that Ms. Kirchner (owner of the apartment (bevilla had concealed this point, despite information), reacted very relaxed to our dog! Thanks for that. The area around Hollersbach is something for absolute hiking/ nature/ bike friends and with the National Park Card, which you get on site, very attractive! In the village itself there is a bakery and 2 restaurants, but you are also quickly in Mittersill, where there are all supermarkets and shopping! also easily accessible by bus, if you want to leave the car behind! Conclusion, we will be back! Rating is for the apartment, not for Bellvilla! Since only one AI responds here!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Zell am See. The place was very spacious and spotlessly clean, which made it perfect for me and my family. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and having a washing machine was a huge plus, especially since I was traveling with small children. The location is excellent – right across the street from a Billa supermarket, which made grocery shopping super convenient. The apartment is also well-situated for exploring the area. Kate, the host, was incredibly helpful and responsive. She always replied quickly and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only downside was that the apartment is on the third floor and there is no elevator, which might be a bit challenging for families with strollers or people with mobility issues. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great!

We had a lovely time in the well-furnished apartment! The view from the balcony was wonderful. We slept very well in the comfortable beds. The gondola was within walking distance and shopping was not far away. We will be happy to come back!

We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

Jacqueline is a wonderful host. She welcomed us with a big wave onto the driveway and was incredibly proactive, friendly and responsive throughout. She gave us clear instructions on arrival and the apartment had everything we needed plus essentials for our dog. The apartment was wonderfully decorated, so well that we did not want to leave. The whirlpool worked fantastically with a great back massage function and the log fire made our evening more magical. However the stand out of it all is the extremely comfortable bed and pillows. We had the best nights sleep we have had our entire three month trip. We cannot recommend Jacqueline enough.

An outstanding place to stay! It's huge and perfectly set up. The interior design is amazing, a great modern interpretation of traditional Tirolian style. The huge hot tub, which was ready to use when we arrived, and the Finnish sauna are amazing highlights.. The apartment is located in the center of the small town with stores, restaurants, and wonderful trails in easy walking distance. This stay was a special experiance that we will remember for a long time to come! 10 out of 10.

Stay and place was great with a character. Only downside is due to no direct access to wellness facilities and no changing rooms, it makes great sauna and wirpool experience at some point not practical due to outdoor location and no comunal access from Genesis apartment. Thank you Host.

We had a blast. The room exceeded our expectations. The ski slopes were only short rive away with free parking available. Ski bus was also available. Amazing place to stay.

Great place to stay, exactly as shown in the pictures. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and sauna, pool and hot tub can be used at any time. Communication was also hassle-free and always helpful. We fully recommend the place.
