The floor is also a large room with bathroom area, dressing room and bed for 2 people (180 x 200) and a toilet with hinged door. The house is located in a secure property, with parking, a small private garden at the front of the house. The village is quiet near Tournai, Kortrijk and Lille.

The surroundings offer beautiful walking or cycling tours along the Canal de l 'Espierres. You can reach Roubaix in 15 minutes, and Lille, Tournai, Kortrijk or Villeneuve d 'Ascq in 25 minutes.
