Our duplex cottage (44 square meters) with private entrance, terrace, parking and wallbox is located in the quiet Bürgerfelde district - on the outskirts of town and yet centrally located! Just 15 minutes by bike or bus from downtown, the train station and university and a few minutes' walk to the green surroundings. The house is completely renovated and equipped with everything new and comfortable. Ideal occupancy is 1-2 people/couples. For a few nights, you can also accommodate three people. Pets welcome!

The North Sea dike of the southern Jade bus is a 2km away. The idyllically located house is also ideal for a multi-generational vacation, for 2 friendly families or even for a holiday with friends. The large garden with adjoining sunbathing lawn and play equipment is fenced in and therefore suitable for small children and four-legged friends.

I am happy to pass on my cottage to transit travelers or vacationers. It is centrally located in the village near the dike. Shopping facilities are within walking distance. Bed linen and towels included 3 bicycles (adults) + 1 children 20 inches can be booked by arrangement for a small fee. E-bike on request as well. Public transport can be reached in a short distance. The garden in the southwest offers a garden house, seating, lounger and a relaxation hanging swing

In the idyllic Wesermarsch, near the district town of Brake, is our cozy 65m² apartment. Outside, behind the house, there is a terrace and a seating area under the chestnut tree. We only mow paths out of consideration for the animals that live with us and seek refuge... such as hedgehogs, pond newts, frogs, butterflies, hares, ducks, deer and much more. The North Sea is about 20 minutes away by car and Weserstrand is 10 minutes away by car.
