Excellent location, very clean, and easy right out front parking!! Will definitely stay again if we can get a reservation. With the location right across from UF, it’s probably super booked!

Great host and stay. Place is perfect if you just need a place to sleep for a day or 2. No kitchen, but fridge, microwave, coffee pot, and water cooler. 2 beds. TV in the master. No common sitting area. 2nd bed in the ' kitchen'. However, no complaints. Was perfect for us to stay for a night.

We enjoyed staying at Lesley's apt. She and Steven were very friendly and made us feel right at home. It's a very cute place, right on the lake. The lake is beautiful and the sunsets off the dock were amazing. The kitchen is well equipped and the king size bed was very comfortable. The shower was quite small but sufficient. They've done a great job making it nice and comfortable.

Private lockout apartment attached to larger home, surrounded by woods. You’d really not know you are connected to another home. Very clean and host was very responsive and offered advice and recommendations. Highly recommend.

At first it was rocky because I entered the apartment more than 30 minutes after the assigned check in time and found someone cleaning the home. I was not expecting to see someone inside the apartment. Aside from that check in was very smooth. The apartment was exactly as pictured. Only complaint I have is that the upstairs neighbor walks very loudly and woke me up a few times in the morning walking or vacuuming.

Very close to the track if you’re coming for BMX! We had a slight issue with some pricing but the host and Air B and B got it fixed. Clean and easy check in!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Downtown Duckpond. The home is very charming and at a great location in proximity to UF. The accommodations were perfect for our large group and we loved relaxing in the backyard under the tree canopy. Nichole was a fantastic host. We will book again for our next visit to Gainesville.

We booked The Orange Blossom to visit our granddaughter at UF, and it was perfect. Definitely a must-stay kind of place. We arrived late and it was easy to find, it’s in a historic neighborhood that looks to be going through a big revamp with lots of cute new places. The included parking was great. Check-in was simple with a code and chatting with the host on the way up was easy and they seemed really nice. It was very close to campus, publix and lots of great restaurants. We loved having a peaceful place to relax after busy days out. Our whole family felt comfortable and at home. Got some great ideas for our own home! — Debbie & Family

The place was beautiful and clean! They had extra towels and linens, and lots of utensils and cooking ware! Mustafa was friendly and responsive!

This was a nice little spot! The laminate wood flooring throughout gave the unit a really nice feel, and everything was spotlessly clean upon arrival. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of having easily accessible charging plugs right next to the bed – so convenient! The water pressure in the shower was also great. Beyond the practicalities, the inside was quite stylish. It offered a comfortable amount of space for one person or a couple. The location was great for my needs, offering easy access to Gainesville while being just on the outskirts of the University of Florida. I'd definitely recommend this Airbnb!

My family and I came from Vancouver, Canada to take part in the World Masters Athletics Competition in Gainesville. Absolutely perfect stay for a family of 4: individual bedrooms each with their own washroom, plus a common area we could all eat and hang out in. The hosts were extremely responsive and very welcoming. I would highly recommend this place for families and/or groups. Thank you again

We had such a lovely stay at Missy and Scott's beautiful condo! The private neighborhood gave us peace of mind and the place was beautiful! Missy was super kind and even provided a pack and play for our child when asked if one was available. Highly recommend renting at this location if youre looking for a clean, comfortable, and beautiful place to stay that is centrally located in Middleburg.
