We are approx. 15 minutes from Binghamton University and SUNY Broome. Upgraded living spaces and new bathrooms highlight the union of modern conveniences with original aesthetic. Please see the ‘details to note’ section about the layout. Two kayaks and a rowboat. No-smoking property. There is a downward incline to the cabin so it is challenging for handicapped individuals. There is no room for large trailers. Cars park on the road, not the driveway. Catch and release fishing. Non motor and electric trolling boats only.
