There are 2 living spaces and 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The third bedroom has separate outside entrance and another entrance into the main house. There is also a sofa bed. There is a nice covered patio with a grill. Very spacious dining room with huge table open to TV room for large gatherings. Kitchen opens up to the living room and living room can open up to the dining/TV room. Every room has ceiling fan and mosts all rooms have TV. Covered parking for one vehicle.

A Peaceful RIVERFRONT home w/ great swimming hole

Come out & RELAX with your family or friends and enjoy some peace and quiet. Sit on the front porch,enjoy a nice breeze, watch the different bird species, lay in the hammock or splash in the beautiful Nueces river right out in front yard. You won’t hear any noisy traffic, but you will surely hear the wind chimes, birds singing,a nice breeze blowing through the trees, and be able to watch as the sun sets. Come out and enjoy.
