On a completely enclosed plot, the house is ideally located in the town center of the commune facing the bakery and restaurant. Ideal place to discover the Region and its riches: Sologne, banks of the Loire, visit to Beauval Zoo (Most beautiful zoo in France) and the many castles of the Loire. Bike path passes in front of the house.

In the town of Cheverny, in the heart of the most beautiful castles of the Loire, this former wine press, completely rebuilt, welcomes you in peace and quiet, in the greatest comfort. A private house, without cohabitation, parking and private garden. Large living room open to the kitchen, and two double bedrooms, with their bathroom.
