We had a wonderful stay at Richard's condominium! The condo is apart of a larger resort, Shanty Creek, and with the passes that were left for us to use, we were never bored! We explored the Lakeview Hotel and pool amenities there, the private beach, and the Shuss Mountain resort as well. This was especially nice for the 12 year old we had with us. There was a couple staying next to us (not under Richard's purview), who had loud dogs who would not stop barking but after messaging Richard, we heard them very rarely and then not at all, so we really appreciated the timely response we had from him and the action he took by informing the HOA for that condo. The little touches here and there were also really appreciated, like the fan/lightbulb fan charm cords so we knew which cord was for the light and which was for the fan. We plan on coming back for sure! Highly recommended place for people of all ages to enjoy.

The cabin was even better than expected! Nicole responded to every question that I had within 10 minutes. This was the perfect place for a kid free getaway and I think it would be just as fun in the winter as the summer. The location was perfect for visiting other cities if you want to travel around. We went to Petosky and Boyne city and visited Northern Michigan speedway on Saturday night. We will definitely be back!

The condo is recently updated. The kitchen has many accessories and is great for cooking meals. Excellent location for skiing and walking to Boyne Mt. village. We appreciated that all the light switches were labeled. Matthew responded quickly

Liana and her place are amazing! She is the best host you could ever hope for. She’s so nice, quick responses, very accommodating and welcoming! Her home is wonderful! Plenty of space and things to do. Very peaceful area too. Would highly recommend both her home and her as the perfect host!

We loved our stay in Elmira! The home was cute and very clean. We spent quite a bit of time on the porch and loved how relaxing the whole space was. We used the pool at the resort twice and loved it. Deb was very responsive to any questions we had and made great recommendations of things to do in the area. We would definitely come back!

Perfect place for our family to stay for a wedding. House was beautifully decorated. It had everything you could need and so much more. Can’t wait to come back for another trip

This was a great place for a big group. Was easy to access and find and had fun activities to do outside.

Lovey home. Beautiful location. Very clean. Amply stocked. Great communication. For those who have problems with many stairs…. This is NOT a good fit. There are twenty steps each time you enter or leave the home. Outside there are more stairs to move to the lower level.

The home is huge, with plenty of rooms that gave everyone in our group space to spread out and relax. Each bedroom was super comfortable, and the beds felt like sleeping on clouds — a welcome treat after long days exploring the area. The entire place was spotless and well-maintained, with all the little touches that made it feel like a home away from home. It’s clear the hosts care about their guests’ experience. Location-wise, you really can’t beat it. Everything we needed — restaurants, shops, attractions — was just a short drive (or even walk) away. Whether you’re traveling with family or a larger group of friends, this place hits the sweet spot for space, comfort, and convenience. Highly recommended — we’d absolutely stay again!

My family enjoyed our time he on a snowmobile/ snowboard trip. The house was oerfect for our family and close by to all the fun we wanted to have. Would highly reccomend!

Bobby & Janet were highly responsive hosts! Great communication and easy check in/out. Place is exactly as described. The two queen room has an en suite with shower over tub. The hall bath only has a tub with hand sprayer. The outdoor spaces were absolutely lovely. With 6 adults, it was nice to have space to spread out outdoors. We enjoyed the fire pit, grill, patio sitting area and hot tub. The view was so pretty and relaxing! We were a quick drive to many restaurants, breweries and wineries. 10 min to boating on Lake Charlevoix or to Petoskey and a quick shot to Boyne City for kayaking and more exploring. Highly recommend!

Bungalow was very spacious very well decorated and cozy I really enjoyed my stay! I will definitely book again.

Shelly’s place was beautiful! It was very clean and supplied with everything you need. It was very easy to get in, and Shelly is very responsive should you need anything. Boyne City had lots of good food and shops. Definitely a perfect place to stay!

Retro vibes but recently updated and fully functional. Our kids loved the decor in the “football room.” It was zero degrees outside but the cabin was warm and cozy for our family trip. The hosts were friendly and responded promptly to our questions. The cabin has a large mud room which was the perfect place to stash our family’s ski gear. A burbly creek runs right behind the house and we could hear it from the bedroom as it lulled us to sleep. We would no doubt stay at Gus’s Stump again.

Great stay for the weekend. Peaceful and beautiful view of the lake. We seen bald eagles and caught fish off the dock. We would love a place like this to spend weekends away. Definitely would stay there again.

absolutely one of the best hosts we have ever dealt with. the house was amazing, location was great and it suited our every need. but I can't say enough about how great the management company handled communication and any little issue we had. when heading up to the Boyne area we will definitely choose to stay with them again. highly recommend!
