House vacation rentals in Charlevoix County

Makayla’s place is gorgeous and she’s a wonderful host. The place could have had less (cute) decorations for those traveling with young kids. We hid most of them but missed one or two that eventually became casualties of the 3 year old. But Makayla handled it with grace. And was so kind in her exchanges going so far as to mail back the toddler’s favorite PJs and stuffy.

Ive rented alot of air bnbs over the years. So far? This has been the best experience ive had. The house was amazing. Super clean. Comfortable beds. Super well stocked with amenities that most places dont provide. Jennifer is super easy to communicate with and get ahold of. We will be back next year:)

Our family had a wonderful stay at Yvonne’s home during early summer. The condo was very clean, clutter free, tastefully decorated, and fully stocked of ALL supplies (facial and bathroom tissue, detergent, softener, coffee and all the accompaniments, towels, etc.). The location was fantastic, which made it easy for us to enjoy time in Harbor Springs, Petoskey, Cheboygen, and Good Hart. It was off the beaten path, quiet, and very beautiful. We enjoyed relaxing at the outdoor pools and hot tub. Yvonne communicated very well and responding quickly to any inquiries we had. She’s a wonderful host with a great home! Do not hesitate to book her home if it’s available!

We enjoyed our stay. The place is small, but just right for two. Location is relatively convenient to Petoskey and Harbor Springs, but a short drive to both. The neighborhood association has a pool that we didn’t have a chance to use but it looks nice.

The house is stunning! We did encounter some difficulties during our stay that need to be addressed but these are no fault of the house and surroundings that’s why I am leaving 5 stars as I am confident these issues will be addressed.

We had a great stay! The house was perfectly located and walkable to downtown. The house was clean, nicely stocked with all you need to Cook etc. They were very responsive as well. I love the ability to bring your pets and enjoy a well maintained home that was clean and very homey!

Anna’s place was great for our little family! Walking distance to the beach and downtown Charlevoix, it was the perfect location for our stay. Everything was very clean and Anna was super responsive.

The house was a perfect Location for our travel plans to go to TC one day and Mackinaw the other. All the amenities were there, the house was very clean & cozy. We would stay at The Lake Escape again.

I could not have asked for a better place to stay in Charlevoix! I only wish we had more time to take advantage of the outdoor firepit & the bike trails. The hosts were very accommodating, letting us check in a couple of hours early when we found ourselves in town earlier than expected. Everything for s'mores on the kitchen counter when we arrived was a really nice touch! Would absolutely stay again!

Great location, especially for events/weddings at Castle Farms. Quiet location and plenty of parking. More than enough rooms for the wedding party. The lower bedrooms had glass doors so that the living, dining and kitchen wouldn’t disturb them. The upper bedrooms were great for groomsmen and bridesmaids. We had lots of snow but can imagine how nice it looks when things are green. The only hiccup was not reading all the details about checking in requirements. They used Happy Guest which required a sign up fee and $1000 deposit in order to get code for the door. We figured it out, had it downloaded, paid and got the door code while in their driveway. Overall a great trip and stay.

Serving as a baby moon for my wife and me, this place was a very nice combo of peaceful and access to different parts of the peninsula. Virginia was very communicative from the jump, making sure we had everything we needed. If you’re hurting for ideas on things to do and places to eat, a nice touch was the binder they put together detailing a number of local favorites. Northern Michigan is a bit of hidden gem with all its beauty, and this home perfectly encapsulates that. Highly recommend and thank you for the stay!

Our family of 7 adults and 2 kids had a wonderful stay. My 3 year old grandson was especially entertained with playing at the beach area. The house worked perfectly for us and was very near town. We miss it already!

Lindsay’s vacation home on Lake Charlevoix made for a beautiful getaway up north! Highly recommend staying here, wish we would’ve been able to stay longer than two nights. We will definitely be staying here in the near future again.

We had a great stay at Madhu's house! It's centrally located in a quaint neighborhood. It is also pet-friendly! The house was clean and a great size for a family vacation. We would definitely stay there again!

Very modern space with all the amenities in quiet, natural surroundings. The home was in an area of upper Michigan that is in less-travelled with a quaint small town with good restaurants and small grocery store. All the more-travelled areas are in easy driving distance. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely consider going back!

We loved our stay at Hurlbut house! It was walkable to town and super driveable to Petosky and Castle Farms as others have mentioned. The house was very comfortable and clean, updated perfectly to have a mix of history and modern amenities, and there were special touches you don't always find in an AirBnB (toiletries, pantry items, laundry soap, etc.). We loved the rooftop deck outside of the master too. The only thing that took a little thought is the clear glass on the upstairs bathroom doors, but I bought some parchment paper and tape for a few dollars and created the privacy we needed. I wouldn't have removed those beautiful doors either. This was a lovely rental that helped us to create a nice family memory.

this was a wonderful place to stay, in an idyllic quiet part of town, it was the perfect place for a girls weekend! highly recommend!

My daughter and I had a very nice stay at RuthAnne’s Airbnb. Spacious, clean, well decorated, quiet, close to downtown location. We would recommend this space to anyone traveling up north for a weekend away!

This bnb was very clean, easy to check in, and has a great location. It is about 3 miles from town and the property has a great yard with few neighbors. Kim was very responsive and I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to stay for a long weekend!
