The garden studio is at the ground level of the house, it's surrounded by mature trees and lush plants. Located a few minutes walk to a public wharf with ferries to Woy Woy, local cafe and general store; a few minutes drive to the beautiful Bouddi coastal walk, restaurants and shops. You will enjoy your private space with a separate entrance. Friendly chickens and cat might pay you a visit. Feel free to play the piano or borrow our bikes during your stay. The Oar by the Bay is the perfect couples retreat, enjoy the sunset from your private entertaining deck, stroll to the renowned Patonga Boathouse, or enjoy hiking up the Great North Walk to the breathtaking Warrah Lookout. Patonga offers beachside living on one side as well as the quiet waters of the lagoon on the other. This space is designed to provide a relaxing and enjoyable experience for all ages.
