Arum was very helpful with accommodating us as we were arriving earlier and he let us go in before the check in time. We stayed at this location for a night, and Jianzhong is a really accommodating and prompt host! The instructions were always very clear, the rooms were very clean, the washroom was stocked, and the kitchen was spotless with all appliances in really good condition! It's a good place for a chill stay with your family and friends.

My mother and I had a wonderful stay at Irfan's place. It was clean, quiet, and exactly as described, with all necessary amenities for short or long-term visits. Irfan was a fantastic host—welcoming, respectful, and responsive. He provided clear check-in instructions, allowed early check-in, and offered late check-out. He frequently checked in to ensure our comfort. The neighborhood was safe and peaceful, located in a developing area of Whitby. Despite some construction affecting sidewalks, it was walkable with a park 10 minutes away. The nearest bus stop was a 12-minute walk and served by multiple routes. Shops, restaurants, groceries, and banks were a short drive by car/Uber or bus ride away; walking to these places would not be preferable as it may take over 55 minutes. Public transport might require two buses in some cases, taking 25-30 minutes. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Great place with a great view! There were a few hiccups with the place but an overall great rental. My only recommendation would be to treat the area for spiders as they congregated on the patios. Made sitting outside a little uncomfortable.

Saying that Jim and Cindy were great hosts is an understatement. They always made sure that I was comfortable. The place was extremely clean and cozy. The pictures definitely do not do this place justice. I will without a doubt book with them again.

We loved this place and would definitely stay here again! Vikas and Jocylen are great hosts, quick to respond, and made sure we had everything we needed. The place is very clean, quiet, and just the right size to feel cozy but spacious. My wife, in particular, loved the private outdoor space and entryway, which can be hard to find with basement rentals. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant to walk through, and it is also conveniently located near an abundance of restaurants and grocery stores.

One of the best places we have stayed in. We stepped foot in the home and felt super comfortable right away. We were also super astonished by the view we had off their balcony which was on the 19th floor, making our mornings and nights that much better. Mohannad was super responsive as well during our check-in process and flexible when we wanted to extend our stay as the home was too good. Overall, everything we experienced was more than ideal. We would definitely come back for another stay.
