lovely spot for some quiet outside time. backyard is spacious and welcoming. plenty of options for seating to enjoy sun or shade. kitchen was absolutely amazing to prepare food in, well organized and nicely laid out. rooms were tidy and clean, plenty of space to sleep 6 comfortably. would highly recommend this spot

Tony was very responsive and was able to accommodate me and family for early check in. Their house is located in a quiet and new neighborhood. The check in was easy with clear instructions. Inside the house,it was spacious and very clean. What stood out was the modern decor of the house and the washroom are squeaky clean! One of the cleanest and spacious airbnb house we have been!

The place was incredibly, it felt like my own house. Plus, the decore of the house was really amazing. The locality is also nice, everything is close to the house. On the top of that what I liked was that all the utensils for cooking were provided for us.I would visit there again. I would recommend everyone to reserve this apartment for your stay.

L’endroit est vraiment super ! Le logement est magnifique et au goût du jour! Tout le nécessaire est présent. La seule chose un peu déplaisante était qu’on entend excessivement fort les enfants qui courent en haut, mais jamais à des heure déplacées. Mafruha répondait toujours très rapidement à nos questions. The place was great, clean and lots of room it had everything you would need, it felt like home away from home and very comfortable. Arum was very helpful with accommodating us as we were arriving earlier and he let us go in before the check in time. We enjoyed a short one-night stay before our salmon fishing trip. Great amenities in a very comfortable two-bedroom basement apartment in a quiet home. Perfect location within walking distance to the Newcastle marina. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful home with classy decor. Home was cozy but scantily equipped with needed kitchen amenities. Be sure to read the house rules before booking! House rules are unnecessarily excessive, makes it uncomfortable to get that "home away from home" experience, so read the house rules before booking! Host must have had unpleasant situations with guests in the past. The house is gorgeously decorated and pristine, should be featured in a home magazine for real. Overall, we had a great stay!

Patricks place was a perfect mini get away thats close around the city! We absolutely loved how private and spacious his place is. The pool and sauna was needed on a hot day! Definitely will come back again!

We recently stayed at this property while attending a graduation in Oshawa with a large group of 9 adults and 6 children. The space was spacious and able to comfortably accommodate our group, which was a huge plus. What truly stood out was how responsive and accommodating the hosts were throughout our stay. Anytime we had a concern or request, they responded promptly and made every effort to ensure we were comfortable. That level of attentiveness really made a difference for us. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the hosts for being so engaged and supportive!

Leijun is a very friendly sir with interesting life experience. We had a very impressive and happy chat. The room is very clean and comfortable. He has a lovely and big yard.
