PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: Rentals in season (April-October) are only offered by the week (Saturday-Saturday). November rentals are offered with a 4-night minimum. Rentals December-March are offered with a 3-night minimum. Pets are accepted (max 2) but you MUST let us know in your booking request about your pet so that we can prepare the property. There is a PET FEE that must be paid prior to check in.

Inside: open living space w/ queen bed & sitting space. Ladder leads to a short height sleeping loft w/ 2 twin beds. Full bathroom w/ indoor shower. Kitchenette- see description below. A one-bedroom cottage that sleeps 4, nestled into the hillside at the top of the wetland. Great for birding! Located on a beautifully landscaped property walking distance to Lecount Hollow Beach. The bedroom has a queen bed and there is a queen and a single sleep sofa in the finished basement. There is also a studio apartment available on the premises that sleeps two. The listing name is "Comfortable Studio Apartment".(Pets are allowed in the studio appartment)

A year round fully renovated two bedroom cottage on the beach. Nothing but sand between you and Cape Cod bay. My place is the perfect peaceful beach vacation. The sunsets are amazing! The area is residential, so it's quiet. A quick 4 mile ride to Provincetown. There's parking on site, as well as a boat launch. No need to pack up to head to the beach - you are at the beach! Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
