Loved the place! Very spacious and felt like home. Great location to The Strip and a lot of options for restaurants close by. Felt very safe in the community. We will definitely be back!

Nelson had us those days as if we were home. I really appreciate how responsive and communicative he was when we were planning this trip, specially because it was my first time visiting Las Vegas. Conveniently located easy access to downtown as well as going out to Red Rocks and Mt. Charleston for hiking. Grocery store and other specialty stores within minutes.

I enjoyed staying at Karen’s. My boyfriend and I went over there for a basketball tournament. It was close to the basketball center. I enjoyed the house it was very clean and fresh. I was able to bring my dog because the yard is separate. I would definitely come back and I would recommend staying here. Karen was kind and replied to my messages quickly.

We definitely enjoyed our stay at Paul's place....the neighborhood was great, it was quiet and lots of stores and restaurants in driving distance. It was not far from Fremont St. Paul was very responsive whenever I had any questions. The back yard and pool area was great. I would absolutely stay again !!!! Thank you so much Paul!

Gladys’s lovely little home was the perfect spot for me and my partner! Great for a weekend get-a-way and private. Loved the location, everywhere we drove was less than a 15 minute drive. Would absolutely stay again!

My family and I had a great time in this beautiful home. A great family home ! My kids loved it and had a great time here. Lou was a great host and his home had everything we needed from to the gate around the pool down to the pack and play in the room which gave me peace of mind sleeping with my toddler. Would definitely stay here again and just might ❤️

What a pleasant surprise the home we stayed in was beyond what we expected. It was absolutely beautifully cleaned such elegant comfortable furnishings, wonderful, beautiful, peaceful, backyard, and swimming pool. There were bunny rabbits and birds and hummingbirds. It was close to Lake Mead and Boulder City. It was an absolutely wonderful place to stay, very quiet peaceful neighborhood. We enjoyed ourselves very much.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and had all of the essentials we needed to cook and relax. The patio grill and furniture were a great touch!! The home was conveniently located by a supermarket and restaurants. We would recommend this Airbnb to those traveling to Las Vegas.

Great communication, clean and comfortable place!

Nereida was extremely friendly and responsive. We traveled 7+ hours and she was super nice to let us check in early to rest. I've never stayed at different city for a short vacation and the stay with Nereida made me feel less anxious. Everything was organized,cozy and cute. I felt at home. When I asked my boyfriend what his favorite part of LV was... he replied, "the airbnb". I would definitely recommend staying here- 100%.

We had a fantastic time staying at the pickleball retreat. The amenities were fantastic and we were well entertained the whole time. The kids didn't even want to leave to explore the strip because they had so many fun things to do. The karaoke actually ended up being the favorite of the group. It's an amazing setup and the were on it for hours each day we were there. BE ADVISED: The neighborhood is not super nice. There is no HOA so many of the homes look in disrepair so if you are looking for a nice neighborhood this isn't it. That being said the neighborhood was pretty quiet and we never felt unsafe. The house itself is as described, great on the inside and the backyard is fantastic. Also, make sure you aware quiet hours are 10-10 on the weekends which made getting as much use of pickleball as we wanted somewhat problematic. It was super hot so waiting to play until 10 am was not ideal and without lights you couldn't really wait to play at night once it cooled down.

The place was spacious and private. Everything was clean and as pictured. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Hello Jack and Lilian, I had a very comfortable stay at your 1 BR CONDO, with all facilities as described. It’s quite near to the strip, with easy availability of Uber, Lyft and Taxis. Even the public transport is walking distance. The house was as per my requirements, big enough to stay for more than a week. It’s a gated community with security and clubhouse. Thanks Lillian for the baggage help. Perfect as described in photos.

The condo was very spacious and had a beautiful view of Vegas, clean amenities, hot water, and cool AC! Khalida was very responsive and met all our needs will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend.

⸻ We had a wonderful stay! The place has a beautiful view and was the perfect spot for my wife and me during our getaway. We were in town for a baseball tournament and mostly needed a comfortable, quiet place to sleep—and this spot was just right. The owner was very responsive, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the morning coffee—it was a super convenient touch. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

The space itself felt luxurious, peaceful, and full of intentional little touches that made it so special — from the fully stocked kitchen to the welcome wine. It felt like a romantic escape straight out of a movie. Demarie and Sela were kind, responsive, and clearly put so much love into creating a beautiful experience. If you’re thinking about booking — do it. You won’t regret it. This stay gave us memories we’ll cherish forever. 💫
