Large volumes, very bright, located 50 m from the big blue (direct access by stairs), it overlooks a small terraced garden. Large terrace facing the sea. Parking is available directly in front of the house to load your vehicle, and a few meters away for long-term parking (free). During school holidays, weekly bookings are given priority.

Quiet accommodation on the ground floor of our house. I live upstairs with my daughter, and our dog stays in the garden. The area is residential and pleasant, with local shops (bakery, butcher, convenience store) 8 min walk, as well as a pizzaiolo at the end of the street. Simiane TER train station (13 min. walk) connects directly to Aix and Marseille. • Bedroom with a queen size bed. • An additional room exists but not yet renovated.

Close to highways, you can reach AIX-EN-PROVENCE in 15 minutes and Marseille in 30 minutes. Guests can relax in their private Jacuzzi and pool area or stroll along the nearby Provence Canal, which will take you to Coudoux and the Roquefavour Aqueduct.
