Everything was fine, a short walk from the racetrack, but the best thing was the big dog that welcomed us in the evening! Wonderful

To be extremely brief, we had a great time. The apartment is really delightful: cozy, clean, furnished with great taste, equipped with everything, equipped with a very convenient parking space and outdoor space that opens onto a spectacular view; in addition, the village of Gabicce Monte is an authentic gem, offering the possibility of relaxing walks with the feeling of being suspended over the expanse of the sea. Another special feature: The apartment is adjacent to the village church, once probably connected, which makes the context even more evocative. I'm already nostalgic!

We stayed in Laura's accommodation for the second time and are completely satisfied again! Laura is particularly friendly and attentive, always promptly available and really does everything to make the stay a positive memory. We will be happy to come back :-)

Beautiful calm place very clean loved are stay

Elisa and Cesare are great. We felt like home from the first minute onwards. The entire apartment is very clean and possess everything you might need (with clear instructions everywhere). We found a vegan welcome cake which was then supported with organic strawberries. The accommodation is in a peaceful location where you can take a break from the life. Totally recommend, will be back!

Guiseppes apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. That's why I felt so comfortable there. The great paintings on the ceiling create a great atmosphere. The kitchen is very cozy and well equipped. I was able to cook very well there. I slept well in bed. In addition, everything is very clean and Guiseppe is an excellent host! And the location in the center in a quiet side street was also very good!

Kevin's accommodation fully matches the photos of the listing, it is a new apartment, very spacious and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay in Riccione. The private garden is excellent. It is in a quiet area, a few minutes' walk from the center and the sea. Convenient free parking next to the house. The host was very helpful and ready to respond to all our needs.

Accommodation in a pedestrian area, however, thanks to the directions of the host Elisa, we unloaded our luggage right behind the house and luckily there was a free parking space where I left the car for the entire stay, but otherwise there is a large parking lot not far away. The apartment is practically on the beach, just across the street and immediately by the lifeguard (Mario baths) here we also had a very good time. So for me, a more than positive experience. I highly recommend Jacopo's place! A few steps from the beach, there are great restaurants, a supermarket and a quiet area. Jacopo gave us wonderful tips and hints and was always available. The kitchen is well equipped and is also suitable if you want to cook yourself. The only criticism would be the beds for me, the mattresses are unfortunately very hard and we did not sleep well. Otherwise, we felt at home here and would come back anytime!

We stayed at Dario's property during the Emilia-Romagna round of the WSBK. Perfect stay! The apartment was spotless, well-furnished and equipped with everything you need. The location was ideal, close to everything but in a quiet area. Check-in was easy and the host Dario was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place and hope to be back soon! Davide is a courteous and nice host who even picked me up from the train and drove me back to the station. The apartment is nice and quiet, a little far from the center, but you know that when you book here. The WiFi is very poor, you can't really use it.

The apartment was perfect for it - with a crib and high chair, just a few minutes' walk to the sea and restaurants. We just spent our holidays in this apartment with attention to detail, equipped with all possible comforts. Upon arrival we found the accommodation perfectly clean, tidy and very fragrant. Rosaria proved to be very helpful and kind in organizing the spaces with us, having needs for our 5-year-old. Convenient parking is easily available on the street in front of the apartment, we moved by car to reach the beach but if you want there are equipped beaches within walking distance in maximum 5 min. Absolutely to be recommended and an experience to be repeated!!

Giampaolo and Sabrina were very welcoming and accommodating during our stay in Fano. The apartment is in immaculate condition, has fantastic amenities, including a high quality shower. Check in and check out were very easy. The room is situated right in the heart of Fano, and is walking distance to the train station. Highly recommended for your stay in Fano.

The location of the house is unique, with a wide view of the valley and the mountains. The apartment is lovingly designed and very clean. A narrow street leads to the house. The staff immediately helped us find a bike workshop and announced us. Thank you for that. Breakfast was plentiful and with great views from the terrace. The pool is fantastic, but we didn't use it. Absolutely positive experience! :) Mr. Stefano is very punctual and kind, ready to provide clarification regarding questions and curiosities about the accommodation and the details of general rules, services, check-in and check-out. Apartment as shown in the photos and more, the double in the photos looks smaller when in reality it is very spacious! Everything clean and tidy, comfortable beds and quiet area, we all rested very well! :) A stone's throw from the Palacongressi, excellent as a base in these cases. All guests satisfied with the experience and good value for money compared to the amenities offered. Nothing else to add:) See you next time!

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. We especially loved the pool, partly because of the beautiful view. The apartment is richly equipped and is in an ideal place to explore surrounding villages and cities. In short, recommended!

Our stay was very satisfactory. Cinzia's house is very large with spacious and comfortable rooms and a spacious and well-stocked kitchen. The outdoor space is really nice, too bad we couldn't make the most of it in the winter season. Cinzia and her husband were kind and helpful. More than recommended.

Casal del Sole sits on a hill in the middle of the great countryside. You have a unique 360-degree panoramic view. Ideal also with children, as there is a small playground. Table tennis, foosball and enough space for cozy sitting on various chill-out areas or cozy grilling. From the very large pool, you have a sensational view of the beautiful hills. We lived in 2 of the 4 apartments and were each very enthusiastic. The apartments are well equipped, especially the apartment on the ground floor with the great covered terrace. The entire equipment of the apartments, pool area, relaxation areas, extra kitchen is very well and thought out. Stefano and Alessandro with their families take care of everything until the very last detail. Rarely have we experienced such cleanliness and attention to detail somewhere. This is where hospitality comes from the heart. We have rarely recovered so well in a place. Thank you!

It was a very pleasant stay. The jacuzzi in the garden is a welcome cuddle. Being the eighth month of pregnancy, not every day we went to the beach, which is only a 10-minute walk away. Being in the middle of nature was relaxing. The room is comfortable, with everything you need. We'll be back again. Lorena has always responded quickly and has always been kind.
