Described perfectly!!! You will get what you are expecting. Great home to spend time with family. Nice separation for privacy if you need it. BEAUTIFUL YARD! We enjoyed playing in the snow. WE ARE REPEAT CUSTOMERS. Last time we came in the Spring. Kathi was super helpful. We had some weather issues and she helped us resolve it with her flexibility. We are so grateful. We enjoyed time with our children and granddaughter. We played lots of games . Had groceries delivered and enjoyed home cooked meals with family! Close to many restaurants and activities if you like.

Kelli's place was absolutely perfect for our party of four + dog! We were visiting for a wedding with many events throughout the week, frequently coming & going. Location was very convenient to downtown & just off the main road for us. We particularly appreciated that while the place felt homey, it wasn't overly full of decorations covering every surface, making you feel like your belongings are going to get easily lost. It was well equipped to cook at the place & we wanted for nothing! Kelli was extremely kind & accommodating to our schedule. We would definitely stay here again!

We thank the host's for caring so much to provide the beautiful home with all the amenities. (Sheets, blankets, towels, shampoo, conditioner, pots pans, dishes etc.) Everything was super clean, spacious, and perfectly managed. My entire family was able to stay in the home without walking on top of each other. This great house and experience made the reason our family was there a lot better. We were there to put our parents to their final resting place. Thank you for being a positive experience in this difficult time. We definitely recommend this Airbnb.

It was a wonderful weekend. The house was fantastic. Had a great view of the house was very clean when we arrived and the host communicated very well with me. I would definitely re-rent this if I needed to go to the area again.

Linda was a lovely host, she decorated with sweet Easter touches knowing that my multi-generational family was planning an Easter “get together “. She was very responsive and everything we needed was available to us. Would definitely recommend! Beautiful wooded area

I have been staying at Airbnb's for about 10 years now throughout the US, and I have to say this is by far the BEST house I have ever stayed at. The house was beautifully decorated and felt so homey, right when you walked in. Kevin thought about everything when it came to accommodations as well! Paper products, laundry pods and dryer sheets, coffee pods, PLUS creamer! Bath towels, linens, beds, furniture (inside and out) were all so comfortable. I have already started making arrangements to come back next year. Anyone booking this house will NOT be disappointed. Thank you Kevin, and family!!

You will love every moment in this rustic tiny home sitting beside a serene creek. We enjoyed the wonderfully maintained out door area with a perfect fire pit overlooking the creek. At night the tiny home has a warm and cozy with the aid of the wood stove. We loved that the tiny home had a fenced in area so our dog could hang out with us off leash. The tiny home doesnt have electric or water, but is set up with solar power and battery banks which was MORE than enough to charge phones or whatever you might need. The bathhouse is a converted bathroom from the main house, single stall and toilet- just perfect after a day of hiking. We backpack a lot and this was the perfect mix of getting to enjoy nature and having modern luxuries. Close to Peaks of Otter for Hiking Also close to Peaks of Otter Winery that has a vast assortment of fruit wines and critters to see. We also stopped by Beales Brewery- great beer and good food. Just overall an amazing experience! Definitely will stay again!

This was the perfect relaxing location for our family over Spring Break. Convenient to Bedford and allowed us to easily visit nearby parks and historical areas. We loved seeing all the farms and animals nearby as well.

The Box Elder Tree House is the perfect place if you're looking for an experience!! Veronica was an amazing host during our stay. She was quick to respond to our last minute booking and so thoughtful, going so far as to put the heater on in the tree house so it was warmed up for us. We arrived after dark and still managed to locate the tree house with ease using her instructions, and saw SO many bunnies! The house itself is very cozy, and we felt right at home when we stepped inside. Listening to the babbling brook nearby and the night sounds of the countryside was divine and a much needed relaxation for us. While we did have some insect roommates, none were troublesome. The bathroom accommodation, while not for everyone, was remarkably well-kept and clean for being outdoors. Thank you Veronica for providing us with such a unique and relaxing experience at your tree house!!

Great location ! Our party stayed here while we kayaked for a few days on the James River! Very clean, well stocked , and all details covered! Even a candy bar bouquet to greet you ! Beautiful scenery & quiet ! Wonderful house ! Highly recommend!

We stayed the night traveling through. The home was extremely clean. Renovated with all new appliances. Bed was very comfy. Excellent host very accommodating. Great location for a couple or small family. Nice porch if you want to sit outside. Reasonable rate and much better than a hotel room, we travel with a dog. My husband left his Apple Watch. Miss Kimberly, mailed it to us, which was very nice of her.

Rachel was a wonderful host. We went away for a girl's weekend in the mountains. We felt right at home and didn't have to worry about having the necessary tools for cooking or relaxing. She thought of everything from the little helpful tidbits in the bathrooms to the kitchen. This spot is tucked away in a quiet, private spot. Wifi was strong, and everything worked great. The hot tub was a special touch, and my pup loved running around in the snow.

We had a wonderful stay! The views are fantastic and the cabin is peaceful and cozy. There are some nice hiking trails a short drive from the cabin. We would definitely come again!

Our stay was wonderful! The quaint tiny home was quiet and secluded for me and my wife. The outdoor furniture and tables made for scenic views while we ate our meals and drank our morning coffee. Overall, it was a perfect getaway!

Rhonda’s cabin was absolutely PERFECT! My husband and I had the most relaxing few days there. The cabin was so private, comfortable and cozy. We cooked breakfast and dinner on the blackstone, relaxed in the hot tub, watched movies on the couch and sat by the fire pit for hours. We ventured out a couple of times and ate at Liberty Station and Beale’s. Rhonda left us yummy homemade chocolate Bundt cakes on the counter for our arrival. She was very easy to communicate with, and so sweet! The most relaxing thing is that you can constantly hear the water running through the creek underneath the cabin! It puts you right to sleep! We felt miles away from reality, but she let us know that she was close by if we needed her. This cabin is definitely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!! Thank you, Rhonda for a very memorable weekend!! 🩷
