Vacation rentals with breakfast in Botetourt County

Without doubt a true B&B experience like I've not yet experienced. I truly felt like family that had come to visit. Better still, it was clear others felt that way as well. Would very recommend and will be back soon myself.

Ann was available and easy to communicate with any questions I had during my stay. The home is in a very quiet, quaint and historical neighborhood next to the Jackson River. The paper mill is nearby too. I came to run the Jackson River Marathon. It’s close to the start/finish line. The place was clean and decorated nicely. It was just like the pictures and the amenities were as described. The yard is well maintained and so inviting. I didn’t have enough time to appreciate it. But, it is one that will call your name. The place has three bedrooms to share the bathroom. There was one other guest and we coordinated the bathroom use just fine. I would recommend the experience to stay with Ann.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We are planning to return as soon as we can. Peaceful, relaxing, and a great environment to unwind. Breakfast in the morning was just what we needed for our stay. We will plan to go back and stay for a longer time.

We had a great stay and we're welcomed immediately! We got in each night and we're excited to finally see the view before we left! Everything was clean & simple and everyone was very welcoming and kind! We definitely plan on heading back to the area and staying with you!

I loved my short time here and hope to return again soon! The surroundings were gorgeous and the area was peaceful. It was a perfect place for me to go and spend a couple days hiking and taking in the surrounding area. Thanks so much!

Home was very clean with plenty of space for everyone. The entire groupwas impressed with the water pressure in the showers and the amount of hot water. With 10 people taken showers all within an hour the hot water never gave out. Mattresses were very comfortable and too everyones approval. I would recommend this place to family and friends in the furture.

We had a lovely warm welcome from Ann as we arrived. We could park right outside the house and it was easy to find our room. We had a lovely large, bright bedroom. There was a shared lounge, kitchen with coffee making facilities, microwave and fridge and bathroom just down from our room. We had all we needed for a lovely two night stay. With plenty to do and see around Covington we would recommend our stay to friends and family.

We loved that each set of guests in our party had their own apartment with a kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom! Everything was very clean and the keyless entry was very convenient. The snacks were a fun bonus too. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone else!

This place really won me over. I extended my stay here because my stay was very peaceful. It’s very clean and well maintained. Stephen responded immediately and was always very kind and professional.

Perfect spot to stay while hiking in the area. The place was clean and looked exactly like the photos. We had everything we needed, extra treats were a plus. This room is by the outside door so you can hear people going in and out but not too disruptive. Also train tracks right outback, train did come through several times in the evening but again did not bother us. We enjoyed a drink at the brewery next door and had dinner at Mrs. B’s, only place open on a Monday, which was average. Definitely recommend the Drip, breakfast sandwiches were delicious, variety of coffee drinks and ice cream. I would stay again if in the area.

It’s such a nice place and would definitely stay again! The host responds very fast and is helpful. I liked how it had everything you’d need but wasn’t overwhelming. Great views, awesome swinging bridge down the road across from the gas station, and a cool brewery right next store!

This was a perfect place to stay with my friends and you’ll not find anywhere with better hospitality! If you are looking for comfortable and clean accommodations, friendly hosts, and all the charm of a historic home filled with antiques and family memories , this is the perfect place! Mitch and Bobbi thought of everything to make us comfortable and welcome.

From the moment we entered the home, we felt welcomed and honored. Their historical home had the charm of older homes but with modern conveniences. Artwork and family heirlooms truly made being guests in their an experience versus just a place to sleep. And, to top it off, the home made breakfast was amazing!

There are few words in the English language that can describe how wonderful of experience me and my partner had at this Bed and Breakfast. We were immediately greeted with all smiles and welcomes from Bobbie. Upon arrival she showed us the house and our room which is a beautiful, Antebellum style home with much of the original architecture and interior. The room was a sizable space with gorgeous antique furniture, a large California king sized bed, and an amazing bathroom with a large walk in shower with multiple rainfall style shower heads. The breakfast menu that Bobbie and Mitch offer and prepare is Southern style and DELICIOUS. Joining them and the other wonderful guests for breakfast offered a style of hosting that is all too rare. Bobbie and Mitch were incredible hosts. They offered excellent services, a clean and wonderful room, great recommendations for the town, excellent food, and a memory me and my fiancee will never forget. I highly recommend this gem in historical VA.

Loved our stay at the Graham Ordinary! The location was great, very peaceful and close to many trails for hiking and not to far from the downtown area for food and drinks. Our hosts were very friendly and gave us recommendations for nature activities and local spots to grab a bite! They also gave us the pleasure of sampling quite a few of their delicous Meads that they make themselves! 10/10...highly recommend and would not hesitate to stay here again if we are in the area :)

Everything you could wished for and more is what I would describe Donald & Kat's place. This home is probably one of the best listings on Airbnb globally. Both Donald & Kat take hosting on a different level. Their home is immaculate and pristine. It's full of love, warmth, and authenticity. Above all anything else, Donald & Kat were the stars of this home. Your interaction with both of them is something to remember and come back to. Definitely one for the books. To Donald & Kat -- no goodbyes but see you later!
