We stayed in Oak Cottage at Elms Farm Cottages and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Carol was a fantastic host - very communicative, flexible and helpful and the cottage was perfect - very comfortable and with excellent amenities - all the small things taken care of. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back one day.

Bumblebee was an excellent property. Ideal for my husband and I our 2 adult children and their partners .....not forgetting Dave the dog to have a family get together. The property was spacious, clean and extremely well equipped. The beds were comfortable. The addition of an enclosed garden, hot tub and outdoor cooking area was great. There were thoughtful additions such as a welcome pack and items for pets. The surroundings were peaceful. Can't recommend highly enough it is certainly somewhere we intend to return in the future.

This place is nicer than the pictures show and perfect for our weekend away, Adam was very patient with us asking a few questions during our stay when things confused us etc. It’s also in a picturesque and peaceful village, lovely stay!!

We had a really lovely break as a family of 2 adults and our 4 (tween/teenage) kids and dog at Hope cottage. The house was lovely & clean and had everything we needed, with enough space for everyone to relax. The area is beautiful, with plenty of lovely beaches, walks, little towns/villages to explore, pubs & restaurants within easy reach. The park in the village was also a big hit with our kids! The house was private, and not overlooked. Unfortunately, we had a few little things go wrong during our stay, but Amelia was great in communicating with us throughout and sorted everything as quickly as possible. It didn’t spoil our time away at all and we would thoroughly recommend this place to anyone. The hot tub was an extra treat after being out in the afternoon. Thanks very much Amelia 😊

Had such a lovely stay at The Hatchery! It had everything you need and more. The little things were thought about. Really nice quality bedding and towels - and plenty of them! Natalie & family were friendly and kept on top of the hot tub while we were there making sure it had the right chemical levels in etc! It’s a lovely spot for a quiet weekend, near enough to beaches but far enough from the crowds! Lovely!

We stayed at forestry cottage for the weekend for my mums 70th birthday. The cottage was so homely and comfortable and a really good size for 7 people. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive, little touches like doggy treats and supplies (we bought our family dog) and balloons, party poppers and a happy birthday banner was left for my mum which was a really nice touch! The cottage is set in the most beautiful/peaceful place with decent walks around the lake. All in all we had a very lovely stay, would 100% recommend.

What a beautiful, clean and homely lodge Red Robin 5 was. Lovely little touches, flowers, pillow spray, slippers and dressing gowns. Hot tub was ready for us on arrival and the place smelt lovely. We wanted to unwind and get away from the city and that's exactly what we got. It's a beautiful location, the house was specious and had some nice surprises. We found a lot of old school toys and a great selection of books for children for our little one to be entertained most of the day. it was very much appreciated. the host came by to say hi and was very kind. the leaflets and instructions left in the house were invaluable. She was also lovely to communicate via messages. Very much recommended.

Had a lovely stay at Joe’s cozy cottage! It had everything we needed for our stay. A highlight was watching the pheasants and rabbits and birds come for a visit at sunrise. Magic. There’s a Co-op a short drive down the road - has everything you need. Joe was responsive and helpful - the directions helped us find the cottage easily. Highly recommend!

Thank you, Darryll and Stephen, for such a pleasant weekend staying at your beautiful cottage ('The End Cottage') in the grounds of your family home. It was all so tranquil. An absolute highlight were the beds... SO COMFY!! We also particularly appreciated the classy touches such as welcome basket (local eggs, fresh coffee, etc.) and the beautiful smells in the room from the reed diffusers, and the quialty hand soaps, shower gel, etc. Finally, thank you for such kindness in offering the flexiblity of the late check out to support with the Boston marathon that I was running on the Sunday - really thoughtful and much appreciated! Completely blown away by our short bank holiday stay 😍 The accommodation was beyond my expectations, from a flexible, super easy check in, to a home from home cottage this place has got it all. The photos don’t do it justice, it’s much larger than expected and so peaceful. I really hope to visit again soon. Just what I needed with my mum. Thank you both.

A beautiful and very cosy cottage in a lovely little village. Elizabeth was fantastic from the moment of booking, really friendly and helpful. The hamper was a really nice touch and bringing treats for the dogs was very thoughtful, they definitely approved! Ample parking, very easy to check in. The cottage was absolutely immaculate. Reclining sofas, very comfortable beds, a great shower. Well equipped kitchen. The garden was perfect for our dogs. There was not one single fault with our stay and I was rather sad to leave! We will definitely be visiting again. Thank you so much 💕

We had a great, fantastic, peaceful couple of days. The place is welcoming and peaceful with a beautiful view to the field with the baby cows. The house is less than 15 minutes walking till the beach and less than 20 minutes till the town centre. We will definitely come back if we’re in the area.

Absolutely beautiful, peaceful location with the convenience of being located a walkable distance into Lincoln. Such a comfortable stay, everything thought of and plenty of space. Immaculately clean! We appreciated the welcome pack of milk, juice and tasty treats. Graham was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend to all and we would love to return.

Absolutely fantastic stay, the house was so clean and peaceful. Was exactly as pictured. Unfortunately we didn’t get to see many wildlife or stars as it was cloudy, but nonetheless was a beautiful stay for a couple like us who love nature and animals. Loved that we were provided with milk, coffee, tea and biscuits. Jessica greeted us with a lovely smile when we arrived and explained everything to us including recommending places that are local, a friendly guestbook is available at the house which tells you all the details of local places - that was a godsend. Thank you so much would definitely stay here again 😊

A gorgeous comfortable cottage. The cottage has a well equipped kitchen and was spotlessly clean throughout. Tracy has great attention to detail and it is a lovely place to stay. It is in a good location, not far outside of Lincoln with a bus route right outside. A great local pub with good food only a few minutes down the road. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Filly Green Cottage truly is a gem - set in a delightful village it surpasses even the highest expectations. Every need we had, from quality appliances to comfortable settles and bed, were surpassed and the written directions for using the accommodation were friendly and simple to follow. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and really appreciated the efforts made by Mary - especially the plum loaf!

Had a fabulous stay in this wonderful pretty cottage. Everything was as expected and Gillian had kindly popped the heating on prior to our arrival so it was lovely and cosy, very welcome on a chilly day. We will definitely visit again soon. It’s convenient for our family get togethers and Rutland has such a lot of interesting places to visit.
