Annie’s place was immaculate in every aspect imaginable. House was extremely warm and welcoming and let’s not to boast about the cleanliness of the home. Rented a few homes in the area this one was by far the most prestigious. My family and I felt the house was suitable for our large group of 7. Annie was extremely responsive and accommodating. We will be back again soon!

The accommodation was as described, Rocío was always attentive.

The location was a plus for our group of 12, the rooms and bathrooms were sufficient and very comfortable, we really liked its style.

It was great why we went to a party in the area, the fractionation is right next to the outlets, pity there was no chance to go shopping, everything was great and they always responded when I need help.

We had a wonderful stay at House Pantera! The art was amazing around the house! The house was clean and had everything that was needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the hot showers at the end of the day! The reading room was also very enjoyable! Justo was a wonderful host, he checked in with us throughout our stay and also recommended some restaurants. We will certainly stay at House Pantera again! Thank you Justo!

We loved our stay at this Airbnb. The place is very clean, cozy and with a very pleasant vibe. It is located in a beautiful and extremely central area, which made it very easy to get around Guadalajara. In addition, we felt safe at all times, something that is always appreciated when you are away from home. But what really made the difference was Hector's attention, who was super attentive, helpful and always attentive to our comfort. Their hospitality was much more than we expected. We definitely recommend it 100% and we would definitely stay here again on future visits.

The place was so cute and cozy that it felt like a little cottage away from home. Close to the lake and restaurants and also away from the noise at night time. We saw more animals in the courtyard than on our hike on El Tepalo 😅 (we went during the dry season) which was a delight when we took our breaks out there. Michael was very quick to respond to our messages and was so nice to accomodate us for checking in late. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again if we have a chance to be in Ajijic again.

Even though the check-in time was late, they were very accommodating. The house was clean and well-equipped with everything you need. The location was also safe and convenient. This is the place I want to come back to.

The host is very friendly, he responds very quickly. The house is very spacious, but in this season (May) it is essential to use the air conditioning, it is quite hot. The house needs a bit of maintenance, however, everything is well organized and nice.

Fantastic find in Ajijic! The place was so beautiful and relaxing. It had a magical romantic quality to it and we loved spending evenings on the porch listening to the rain. Harold was a great communicator who offered excellent advice. We look forward to another visit to his place.

We loved our stay in Ajijic. Caryn’s place was both beautiful and comfortable and had everything we needed. The back yard was spectacular, even better than the pictures! The home was in a quieter area of Ajijic but still walkable to everything and being right next door to one of the best restaurants in town - Casa Lule was a huge plus! Caryn was extremely accommodating and our concierge Becky had great recommendations and was available if we needed anything locally. We would definitely stay again!

It's a little pricy for the area, but it is a spectacular home with every amenity you need . Huge kitchen, great dining room and living room with comfortable furniture. A large-screen smart TV is there - not wired to any service, so bring your Netflix/Amazon passwords. The big screened-in patio surrounded by the gardens was a beautiful spot to sit and have coffee in the morning. It is a bit of a walk to the town plaza, but a very pleasant one along the lake - the malecon starts just 60 yards away from the entrance to this private road. In Ajijic, one doesn't have to walk great distances, but the sidewalks and roads are challenging if you have bad knees. The roads are well maintained, but they are cobblestone. Taxis are readily available in the plaza or by phone during the daytime. Even though we were on a late flight - getting in around 9:00 PM, we were met at the gate and shown around and provided with keys and a gate remote. It was a great stay for a small family get-together.

It was a very nice stay, the house is beautiful, very quiet ideal to rest, the pool size is enough to swim, my dogs also enjoyed the stay. My husband and I matched the host Jen's details. The view that the house has on the lake is spectacular, waking up, eating or watching the afternoon fall with that view is very enjoyable. The gardens are very well maintained. Excellent experience highly recommended, we will definitely return.

Taner is super friendly and responsive. He provided us with everything we needed and was promptly available. The house is up the mountain which offers stunning views. The house is big and spacious. Well equipped for large groups. Quiet and peaceful area.

WOW! If you want a beautiful experience, this is it! The hacienda style house was the most beautiful place I have ever stayed. A tropical garden on the lake. We stayed in April and were very comfortable without air conditioning. All rooms have ceiling fans and large windows that open. It is very secure with high stone fencing around the property and wrought iron grates outside the windows. We were very comfortable leaving our windows open at night and enjoyed the beautiful bird song every morning. Even if you are not a bird lover, you will love the sounds and colorful sites of the birds. The beds were super comfy and the linens were super crisp AND soft (how do they do that?) Within 10 minutes, you can walk to a wonderful large grocery store and several good restaurants as well as the bus stop. Hector supplied us with yummy coffee and 5 gallon jugs of water for the hot & cold water dispenser. It was so nice not to have to haul water. Many thanks to Hector for everything. 🙏
