The hosts were very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. I stayed here with 18+ people, and it didn’t feel overcrowded at all! It was a great space to hangout, and it was exactly what my friends and I needed. The house was very nice with plenty of amenities, and the front yard was such a fun hangout spot (especially at night with the great lighting). The beautiful lake is within walking distance, and it was absolutely perfect. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone, and I hope we’ll be back one day!

The house is wonderful! The house is super clean, had everything you could need. The out door area is fantastic too! Lots of sitting areas a stunning view of the lake. Fairly easy to get down to the lake. The kids loved playing down by the water! We will definitely be back!

Thank you, Lori! Your place truly felt like home and offered a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere. We had an amazing Mother's and Sons weekend getaway, and everyone was thrilled with the space. There was ample room for everyone, and the game room was a fantastic addition. It surpassed my expectations! The kitchen was excellently stocked with all the necessary cooking tools. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming cottage near Lake Whitney! The location was serene and peaceful, perfect for a quiet getaway. The cottage itself was spotless when we arrived, and we appreciated the clear and easy instructions provided for check-in. The fire pit added an extra cozy touch, making our evenings even more special. Dusti, our host, went above and beyond by recommending nearby restaurants, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The privacy and tranquility of the property made it the perfect retreat. We can't wait to come back!

My family and I had the best time at Steve's cabin. We have small children and there was lots to do! We went in the Spring, so the wildflowers were in full bloom. We were able to capture some beautiful family photos in an impromptu shoot! The sitting area around the fire was relaxing at night, and we saw deers come up to the feeder. This is such a sweet oasis, and it seems that the neighborhood is very close and friendly. I encourage this Air BnB if you was some quiet R&R. Quality time spent with family!

Such a peaceful special place on the edge of beautiful Lake Whitney. Our family of 6 stayed here for a long weekend meeting some other family who was staying nearby. Perfect place to get together and enjoy breakfast before a day on the lake and then in the evening to unwind/relax. Coffee on the outdoor sitting area near the fire pit was serene and relaxing listened to the birds sing their morning songs as well as the lake glistening in the distance. The neighbors dog hung out with us and what a friendly well fed old gentleman he was. Our kids loved him and couldn’t wait to see him every morning and evening. Can’t wait to return again and make more memories enjoying such a peaceful relaxing lake side home. Thank you.

Unmatched Lake/Sunset Views With Pool!

My husband, daughter, son-in-law, and myself met there to go to a wedding at a nearby venue and stayed 2 nights. This was the perfect location since we were coming from east Texas and our daughter and son-in-law were coming from the Austin area. Beautiful views and very clean home. The pool was very enjoyable, too. Everything we needed was there. Would definitely recommend this place. We only had 4 people, but the home can accommodate plenty more. Thank you, Jessica. You have a beautiful property.

We were looking for a peaceful getaway with a good place to fish and that’s just what this was. The house was exceptionally clean, the natural setting of the home was beautiful and peaceful. The river is just a short walk down a beautiful wooded trail which ends at the perfect spot for fishing with the kids. We enjoyed the comfortable beds, large rooms, and the indoor entertainment (especially the air hockey table)! Thanks for a fun and memorable spring break!

Jackie's Jewel was an ideal 4BR, 2.5 BA house for our family and dog to spend Thanksgiving holidays. There was plenty of room for us to cook with a well stocked kitchen, watch football and movies in the 2 family rooms and eat, do puzzles and games in the dining room. We loved the outdoor patio, large fenced in yards and the short walk to the lake. We also enjoyed Wed night fajita special at Tres Hermananos Mexican Restaurant, shopping in downtown Whitney and golfing nearby. We appreciate Jackie's hospitality and recommend this Airbnb to families that want a homey atmosphere.

We enjoyed our girls weekend immensely!! Everything was just as described. The house was very clean and perfect size for 5 of us. The views are absolutely amazing. We saw so many deer and got to watch the baby calf’s play each morning. Ward was very easy to get a hold of when we had questions before and during our stay. We used the hot tub our first night. There is a QR code in the instruction binder that takes you to a video that clearly shows how to work the hot tub. Everything was super smooth from check in until we left. We had a great stay and will definitely return.

For anyone attending or hosting an event at the Stonebridge Wedding and Event venue in Blum, this is the place to stay. It can sleep up to 9, has lots of linens and towels and is just lovely. Well decorated, the kitchen was the best stocked with lots of items for cooking/baking at ‘home’. We were sad it wasn’t cool enough to take advantage of the fire pit outside.

This home was perfect for our family. My grandkids loved exploring the property. We discovered some deer tracks so they loved following them to see where the deer slept. It was super close to my mom’s house so the location was great for visiting with her. If we are ever in need of a place to stay in China Spring again we will stay here.

This spot was great for hosting a get together. The pool table, the deck, lake access, and a big yard all added to the experience. There was also sufficient kitchen supplies for cooking and a great BBQ. The house was clean and easy to access.

The stay was nice. Thought it was on the side of the road by the lake but that was my fault for not studying it hard enough. Kelli was very friendly and went out of there way to bring us a grill because the one that was supposed to be there was missing.

Elizabeth's place is a cozy cottage. Everything was exactly as described. There were extras such as blankets and games readily available in the living area. We loved the screened-in porch and had most of our meals there. The surroundings were beautiful. We had a bit of trouble opening the front-door lock and Elizabeth promptly responded and sent Devon to help us open the door. Devon lives 20 minutes away but was on the road immediately to come to the house. We would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a get-away for a few days!

Waterfront- Stone House Lodge of Lake Whitney

We had an awesome time at Jason’s place. The lake access is not far away and after a short walk the kids enjoyed catching huge perch around the boat house. We loved the fire pit area and spent a lot of time visiting around a warm fire. The giant bunk bed room was a kid favorite. It had eight full size beds in the bunk room and another three beds in three other rooms. There is a little walking trail not far away. We also drove 10 min to riverside park to fly fish for a few hours in the morning. If you are looking for a place on lake Whitney that sleeps 16, has plenty of outside space and water access this is a great one.
