The large balcony (24 square meters) with a southwest-facing location has sun from noon to evening and invites you to sunbathe or have a cozy breakfast or barbecue evening. The apartment has a private parking space for the car and a lockable bicycle cellar. Swimming pool and tennis court are available for a small fee.

Bis zur Ostsee sind es. ca. 20 min. mit dem PKW. Lübeck, Kiel und HH sind gut zu erreichen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind vor dem Haus möglich.

From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

Our apartment is on the lower ground floor of an old building, is very bright and friendly and not stuffy due to the thick walls even on the hottest summer days. In the garden you can enjoy a wonderful sunny breakfast or end a nice day at the beach with a glass of wine. Our house is located on the edge of the forest between two lakes, each of which is approx. 5-7 minutes' walk, the city center is about 20 minutes' walk, the Baltic Sea is about 25 minutes by car.

The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is level and has an independent entrance. It has its own terrace and is located on the south side of the house. Rooms are featured with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator. The bathroom has a large corner bath and double sink. In the living room is a big flat screen. And lots of shelves with books for every taste.

Our maritime, hygge apartment is located in the attic of a historic building in Rendsburg's old town. The marina, attractions, shopping street, restaurants, cafes and shopping are very close. For your excursions between the North Sea and the Baltic Sea, you have a nice starting point here. Flensburg, Schleswig and Kiel are quickly accessible by public transport or car. The train station is about 10 minutes away on foot.

The apartment is located in an idyllic thatched cottage with lake views. The house is located on a spacious property on the edge of the Prinzenholz. The decor is friendly and bright. Biking and hiking trails start right at your doorstep, and canoe rental and swimming facilities are close by. The apartment has its own sun terrace and garden area. Here you can - whether as a couple or alone - enjoy the idyllic surrounding nature as well as a variety of leisure activities and relax from everyday life. The state capital of Kiel and the historic city of Lübeck are worth a trip. The Baltic Sea is 25 minutes away.
