Family-friendly vacation rentals in Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén

We spent our Christmas at this home…which did feel as home. As a big family, 15 people it was just right. There was privacy in the Ensuite rooms and the common areas were big and great for time together. We did little walks in the town which is tiny and peaceful, great if you fancy to get away from the busy and noisy city life during the festive season. The sauna and jacuzzi were amazing during the cold days and we enjoyed every day there. It was an amazing holiday with the family at this place. :)

The place is in a beautiful place. It was very cozy to sit on the small terrace in the morning and enjoy the mountains. The whole house is well equipped, we had everything we needed. The kids played a lot in the garden. There are an amazing amount of books in the house, we loved it! The host is very friendly and helpful. We would love to come back!

Nice place to stay, lots of space, beautiful garden with bathing pond. There's a car to commute for attractions and food, but that wasn't a problem. The yard is shared with 2 other apartments. Parking in the yard is a bit natesno, but it can be. The house is a little damp, but it doesn't overheat even on warm days.

Very nice and stylish apartment in the heart of Eger. Everything is about a 5-10 minute walk away: The Castle, the center, the thermal bath... Quiet and very peaceful (so to say cozy) street! :) Thank you for being there for 4 nights! I would go back anytime... I think I will ;)

Everything was good. The host was talkative and kind, and we loved his sighthounds. The place was clean and peaceful, with stunning surrounding nature. The rooms are spacious, making this house perfect for a big family or a larger group.

Cozy, well-equipped little house with alovely garden. Communication with the host was quick and easy, and her mum who let us in was a lovely lady. We loved our stay, it was very relaxing.

We were very happy and comfortable at Anna’s place. Everything was as advertised. It is well located to stroll around the city. Anna was very responsive and shared some great recommendations for the area. We would happily stay there again.

All was good. The house is comfy, all needed was there. The front and back terrace was very useful, one of them was in the sun, the other in the shadow. The area is very quiet, perfect for resting. Close to entrance to the pools, so I was going there already dressed in bathrobe :-) Also, there was no problem in communication with Gabriela in written english.

The house was lovely, on a hillside with the forest adjacent. The stairs to the bedroom were a bit intimidating, but were fine once you were used to them. As a very tall person I learned to duck my head at the right time! The kitchen had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. There was some very heavy rain while we were there, so we needed to stay in for a whole day, but it was fine. Bükkszentkereszt is an interesting village and there's a good walk up to an observation tower with great views. Lillafüred is also worth a visit, with a waterfall and forest railway. Don't take the direct road to Miskolc - it's in a really bad state. We turned around and came back! A lovely stay - thank you, Karolina.

Hosts were super friendly and helpful! I wish we had been able to stay longer!! The lodging was located right under the castle hill and we were able to walk all the way up! The yard was filled with amenities like outdoor seating and fire pit besides all the toys the kids could use! Great stay with 3 kids!

It's a very nice place!

Amazing place for families and groups in very peaceful surroundings. The house is amazing, well equipped, the sauna and the swimming pool was a cherry on the top for us. We spent great family evenings at the fire pit and truly enjoyed it all. The host was very friendly and responsive to any of our queries. Thank you for having us. Hopefully we will be back soon.

The Tisza kornyeke is easy to turn off. Tiszababolna itself is a very nice village, there is also a correct ether of Tutajos, there are plenty of shutdown options inside the lake. You'll have the whole garden to yourself, and it has everything you need. We took the dezsat and the pool a lot. This is easy to run, so we were able to use it in the current twenty-foot degrees. We'd eat in the oven, and the kitchen outside was early when we didn't go out in the Tiszan.

Nico and Anita are great hosts. There is plenty of land to explore on the property, with ponies, dogs, chickens and horses to see! Great for an animal lover. The outside seating areas are also really fun for social time. Two hour drive from Budapest, perfect for family/ group of friends who want to retreat to somewhere quiet The swimming pool and table tennis table alongside there lovely dogs and pony Mimi made it a really fun stay. Would certainly recommend definitely!

Very nice stay. Everything went smooth, and the place itself is a great place to relax without any noise and disturbance. The fact that there are no loud noises, traffic, music, party, etc is a huge factor, and we could relax properly. Place is clean and has everything needed. Only issue was an insect issue on the first day, which could have been avoided if someone had used bug spray before we arrived. But not a big deal. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.
