Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. Small cozy fishing meadow with beach plot and breathtaking views over the sea. The sandy beach just below the house is equally attractive in summer, with a bathing jetty and beach bar, and in winter, for lovely walks. Multiple seating areas on different floors. The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, 6 km from Ystad. Very good transport links about 150 meters from the house, trains to Ystad and Simrishamn or Malmö and Copenhagen. Bus between Ystad and Trelleborg about 100 meters away. The Sydkustleden bike path runs along this road.

The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance. Österlen offers its most beautiful sunset on the patio to this quiet and modern accommodation. Welcome to Lundsgård. Here you can rest in seclusion between visits to everything that Österlen has to offer. The annex has six beds (two in a sofa bed), a modern kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster. In the bathroom there is a shower, washing machine and dryer.
