It is not a house for those looking for total silence - the house is located on Borrby's main street - close to grocery store, antique shop, restaurant and small shops. The road is sometimes very busy but at the back there is a sheltered and lush garden. Around the corner there is opportunity for walks and bike rides in fantastic natural environment.

The farm is surrounded by fields that give it an open and bright feeling. It is walking distance to the sea and the beautiful long beaches that Österlen is so well known for.

The forest is filled with a rich wildlife, wild rink, blueberries and mushrooms. In summer, the garden around the house is visited by a large amount of colorful butterflies and hungry bumblebees. The bird song and foliage give the place a harmonious feeling. You're in the heart of nature!
