The place is as per listing very big and spacious. Had all the fun however the downside is that we thought the rooms are segregated into 2 different floors as we have quite number of elderly. To climb the stairs might be hard however but overall we had a pleasant stay and all the rooms and amenities are equipped and kept us entertained the whole night . Thank you for hosting us! Will recommend this for future stay but mindful of the elderly

Late, thank the owner for coming to pick me up at the hotel at 10 pm, it is a Chinese hotel, the 2-story villa is as clean and comfortable as a domestic hotel.Diving here was tired and had a great time staying here for 5 restful nights, with a breakfast of different patterns in the morning.It's light and delicious.I like it here. I'll book it again.

The communication with Swa (the owner) is very friendly and smooth. The check in process at Swa’s place is not like other Airbnb we had been before i.e. by using self check in. We were greeted by the house caretaker (Rayna) and she showed us the bedroom, the kitchen and the toilets before she handed us the keys. The house description at the Airbnb is as what we see there. Everything is very good and pleasant. We even enjoyed the DVD movie provided there at night too. Swa’s place also has a porch to park our car at the house compound. Another good thing is that the location of Swa’s place is closed to the attractions such as the Desa Dairy Farm, Sosodikon’s Hill and the Alpaca Club. We can also got to enjoy the view of Gunung Kinabalu from the kitchen and the car porch too 😊

It's a new place. It was absolutely beautiful, and with a platform where you can get a superb view of Kinabalu, and the best view of the stars at night! (it was magical). The room was very comfortable, having a front door to nature is just extra special.... and if you can bring along some BBQ items, they have ample BBQ spots with sinks and sitting area.

Check-in is very convenient, just in town, within 10 minutes walk to the seafood market, fully equipped kitchen, we had no problem with 14 people staying, problems were solved in time, there are security guards at night, prepared for us to go to the airport at 6 o'clock in the morning, in short, it's great.
