Major thing i like about this host is he keeps on upgrading the unit. Latest addition is the dryer machine which really ease my works. This was my longest stay at this unit so far and yet i feel i never left my real home. Thank you Mr Jeremy and i wish you all the best.

Welcome to Putatan Cozy Stay, our location at Putatan which very near the Airport (KKIA) about 5mins driving distance. You can easily take a Grab/Taxi to our place. Go down to KK city area will only take about 10-15mins. There is a shopping mall in front us (200 meter), food court, 7-eleven, laundry shop, hypermarket, local market just surrounding us. 离机场5分钟，离市区10分钟，附近有超商，火车/巴士站，美食，本地特色市集。4房4厕8床一共可容纳14人，非常适合一家大小或一群好友来住。这里有免费饮用水，免费无线上网，每间房都有电视机，冷气，吹风筒。这里有冰箱，微波炉，烤面包机，电茶壶，和一些餐具方便客人。Grab会方便乘搭。

The Frangipani apartment consist of two connecting room and suitable for self catering guests. It has kitchenettes, dining areas and attached bathrooms. These room are located on the ground floor at Mills Residence. Guests will have access to the outdoor kitchen, dining area and the swimming pool . Its a 15 min walk from the Crocker Range National Park and 22km from the Kota Kinabalu city or the airport. We are on gravity water, solar system as secondary power and we use Starlink internet.

The most famous New Zealand Dairy Cow - Desa Farm is only 1.6km Please take note :- -Our house caretaker/worker available only untill 7pm, no 24-hours service available. -during rainy season we have difficulty in maintaining the house from mold free. -Please take note, this is only an homestay, not a 5 star resort, it might be below your expectation.

Quiet and comfortable environment is great value for money.The host is very reassuring to be a good person and communicative.Would recommend to everyone.

Really nice place to stay, Mr. Ichank give a lot of support, only need aware is sharing bathroom with other room and would might be woken up by the next doors opening and closing
