We have renovated our farmhouse with knowledge of building maintenance, the environment and sustainability.The beautiful colors of egg oil tempera adorn the walls, and genuine linseed oil paint is a given in a house from the late 19th century.Nice tiled stoves warm up nicely and the kitchen is large and spacious In winter, there are nice conditions for cross-country skiing and downhill skiing at Romme alpine. An approximately 8 km long skating rink is plowed on our lake with a connection approximately 100 meters from the farm.The house is located close to the towns of Falun and Borlänge.

It is a perfect starting point for excursions in Dalarna, and in winter, Romme Alpin is 13 minutes away. If you like cross-country skiing, Gyllbergen offers low-mountain-like nature. Locally, you can take a walk/run in Smäcken or Frostbrunnsdalen, explore the spring streams, take a ride on the river, or a dip, or visit the ostriches a bike ride away.
