This is a family home where my family and I warmly host our guests. Breakfast is included in the price. We also cook lunch or dinner if you asks before. Our house is located in the rural village of Jabbes. By car we are 7 minutes from Geant shopping center, 20 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes from the city center. The bus to the city center runs every hour and stops near the house. But better to be motorized to move freely.

Our flight was unexpectedly canceled, and we found ourselves needing to stay an extra night. I reached out to the host, and he was incredibly kind and understanding—he quickly agreed to let us extend our stay by one more day. It made a stressful situation so much easier. The flat remained just as clean, comfortable, and well-equipped as during our week-long stay. We really appreciated the flexibility and great communication. Highly recommend this host for both the quality of the place and the kindness shown in unexpected situations!

Meine Familie und ich waren 3 Wochen in der Unterkunft von Basem. Es war wirklich sehr schön. Die Kinder hatten viel Spaß im Pool. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Es kam einmal in der Woche jemand um den Pool zu reinigen. Uns hat während unseren Aufenthaltes Frau Olfa betreut. Sie wohnt direkt gegenüber. Sie war jeder Zeit für uns da. Das war sehr hilfreich! Der Stadtteil wo das haus ist, ist ok die Menschen sind sehr freundlich. Was uns gefallen hat das die Hauptstadt nicht weit entfernt ist das Meer und viele Unternehmungsmöglichkwitem in der Nähe sind. Alles in einem 35-50 Minuten Autofahrt und man war an verschiedenen Orten. Das Einkaufscenter Géant ist nur 10 Minuten Autofahrt entfernt. Also wir können das Haus nur mit einem guten Gewissen weiter empfehlen. Wir werden es auch beim nächsten Mal wieder mieten.

The location was ideal close enough to the heart of Gammarth to enjoy the local restaurants, beaches, and cultural sites, yet tucked away in a quiet, peaceful area that offered complete privacy. I wholeheartedly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful getaway in Tunisia. We’re already planning our return! The host was too helpful and nice as well !

Monsieur Salem et sa femme sont très accueillants, à l'écoute. Ils ont une très jolie demeure, très bien agencée, propre. Ce qui fait la différence c'est de pouvoir mettre sa voiture à l'intérieur de la villa. Je reviendrais sans hésiter.
