Our farmhouse was completely renovated in 2017 in the original Marche style. The house is bright and modern and equipped with all comforts. An outdoor garden offers sweeping views of the hills. The quiet and peaceful place will make you spend days of full relaxation! In the garden you will find Wendy, a friendly playful Labrador who will be adopted by you for the duration of your vacation, and some cats. NB Tourist tax: the municipality of Senigallia applies a tourist tax of 1 euro per day per person for those over 14 years of age, up to a maximum of 7 days of stay

It was my home for a long time and now I make it available to you, my traveling friends. Kitchen and living room in an open space environment, a double bedroom with walk-in closet, a bathroom with shower and full amenities. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, TV in both the kitchen and bedroom. Access is via Self Check-in. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.

We stayed in this apartment for 9 days, in early September. James was super helpful and really hospitable. Beautiful apartment, very clean and really comfortable, literally a stone's throw from the beach. It absolutely did not disappoint our expectations. Highly recommended!

We were very satisfied with our stay at Massimo's. The apartment is very large, clean and bright, the kitchen is spacious and comfortable. The apartment has everything you need for a long stay. By car 6 minutes to the beach. Massimo gave us many useful tips for our vacation (beach parking, restaurants, shops).

Great place, away from the hustle and bustle of pubs. Communicative and very committed, and an unobtrusive host. We got recommended places to visit from Davide and it was worth using this list. We were concerned about the noise of the road which is not far but its sound didn't bother us and it was quieter than we assumed.

We stayed in this apartment for the second time (the first a few years ago in February) and we were comfortable again. Stefano was helpful and kind, as well as responsive in communication, at check-in and to give us tips on the area. The house is very spacious and well equipped, even for long stays where you can take advantage of the kitchen and washing machine available for guests. We particularly enjoyed the terrace for breakfast overlooking the sea in the morning (also great for a sunset aperitif). Convenient and free parking in front of the apartment, less than two minutes by car from the sea and close to all amenities. Strategic location also for visiting the Marche villages in the area and beyond. We definitely recommend it for couples and families with kids for weekends or longer stays!

A clean bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet, and a bidet, complemented by a pedestal sink. Two soft bath mats lie on the tiled floor, and a mirror hangs above the sink, creating a welcoming space.
