A lovely town house and terrace right in the town. Nicely decorated and clean. Had all we needed for a few days stay, very comfortable. Great location to walk around and to the station. Mario was really good communicator and had lots of tips. we Ecycled to other towns. great place to base yourself.

We loved our stay at this home. Location of the villa is fabulous, set up high with beautiful gardens and patios surrounding it. Jon and Laura were amazing hosts, so happy to help out with any questions that we had. The house was very quiet and comfortable, we all slept so well! The location is ideal for day trips to many charming and special towns and villages. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a special holiday experience.

Our stay was wonderful. Claudio and mum were very very helpful. Being so close to the sea was a blessing and the house offered everything we needed. We found a generous welcome with wine, pasta, and fruit. It was all we needed after a long trip in case we didn't want to go out that night. They were really really nice. If only, I'd suggest adding to the house explanations that visitors need water shoes to go into the water. There is no sand on this beach and rocks can be very slippery. Otherwise fully recommendable!!!

I was very happy with the apartment and time spent in Molfetta and around Puglia!! The location of the apartment was great, although I was a little annoyed with the street noise (cars etc) and the loud next door neighbours (other guests I guessed) during nighttime. In the apartment was everything I needed. Only a kettle to make tea would have been great (since evenings were becoming chilly in November and the radiator was still off 😅). I didn't meet Maria in person, but she was available via messages and was very thoughtful, helpful and friendly. Thanks a lot!

Modern Splendor with Sea Views

Highly recommended! The flat is very modern and comfortable, one can find everything you need for a wonderful stay. The seaview is great, you can hear the waves while lying in bed, you can have breakfast with a sea view. Or simply sit on the couch and watch the ocean :-) Be aware of the fact that it is not possible to sit on the balcony (one could have the impression on the picture). There are small shops and very nice restaurants nearby. Martin is very friendly and helpful.

The apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated, with such thoughtful attention to detail that made us feel right at home. They even left us a generous selection of treats, which was such a sweet touch! The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of Matera, making it easy to explore this stunning city. We had a great few days at Idana’s place by the sea. Idana was very helpful and responsive with great suggestions of places to eat. It was great to be able to walk along the path into the old town, have a few swims along the way, enjoy a gelato and delicious meal and then return to our peaceful spot!

Four of us came to see our grandparents village: for our first time visit Miglionico was charming and told us enough of what we wanted to know. But the village and the location is just so beautiful. I am selfishly grateful that it is not so touristy and that people make me use Italian. I always felt safe. I expect to return again hopefully with my daughter and hopefully to Grazia’s accommodation.

We arrived at the apartment with 9 people and everyone had a place to sleep. We are very happy with your stay. The apartment is very large and everyone has their own place. Towels and linens are as clean as the entire apartment. We had a late arrival and Antonio greeted us with snacks, which we were very grateful for. Contact with the owner was all the time, we also got information on what to visit and where to eat! I highly recommend staying here, we'll be back for the second time!

The stay was according to expectations. Cornelia picked us up at train station. Very nice! The beds in childrens room are quite firm. Nice location, close to beaches, and we were offered good towels for bathing. A sharp knife for cutting bread, and some reading lights by the beds, would have made us rank the place 6/5 :-)

Luigi is one of the best hosts I've come across. He is quick to respond to any of the enquiries. We were two families traveling with 3 kids and he went out of his way to get us floaties. I asked him if there was a Bluetooth speaker and before I knew it, he messaged me saying if he can stop by to drop off a speaker he had just purchased. I can't praise him enough. As for the house, the pictures don't do it justice. The pool is amazing. We took advantage of it before heading out to site see. The house is in Alberobello. 3 minute drive to the famous trulli. Lot's of restaurants. Beautiful plazas. From there, we would drive to all the nearby towns like Monopoli, Ostuni, Polignano a Mare. All around half an hour drive from the house. I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend Luigi's house. You are in excellent hands. Thanks for everything Luigi.

Had a great stay. Super friendly, if you had any questions or needed anything there was super quick action. Everything is at walking distance and the town is great too. Large supermarket a few minutes by car. Accommodation was super neat and clean, beautiful resort, clean swimming pool, super neat all. Can't help but give this a big 10. Keep in mind that if you have a stroller, there are a lot of stairs. Have breakfast at Verno, tasty croissants and cappuccino. Lots to do in the neighborhood as well. Within a radius of 30 minutes by car, you can entertain yourself all week with all kinds of nice villages.

Piermarco's apartment was truly wonderful. The central area full of services welcomed us for three days, making us feel at home. Furnished with impeccable care and very delicious in the interior finishes. Parking always found ( for a fee but ridiculous daily expense) in front of the front door. Host always present, attentive and helpful. 5 stars!! Ideal for 2 couples or family of 4 people!! Thanks and talk to you soon!

Despite our late arrival at 10:15 p.m. Claudia waited for us to receive us, introduce us to the apartment and also head to a catering area still open this October (Via Roma ). The apartment, very clean is very well located close to all shops, pharmacy 50m away, also close to restaurants and the historic center. All on foot and it's really a plus. We used to go for breakfast at Crema Caffé on Aldo Moro Square only 150m from the apartment. Coffee, tea and Pasticcioto, typical Italian pastry in the Salento region, in Puglia. We were in a car and didn't have too much trouble finding a free parking space but in summer, the problem will probably arise. Thanks again to Claudia for her kindness and availability. Mario is the perfect host - he met us at the arranged parking area and escorted us to our accommodation and made a booking for dinner that night - there was a lovely bottle of Prosecco waiting for us which we enjoyed on the fabulous balcony with amazing views - very special stay !!!

Brand new condo, sparkly entrance and very comfortable apartment. We felt right at home in Katia place. She met us and gave us keys when we arrived. Super spacious!!! Great Bed/ bedding( love cotton sheets) Grocery store 1 block away that had some necessities we needed. I work remotely so wifi was great! We walked around to see the town and this time of year was very quiet and nice and relaxed. Beach was close so in summer it must be a fun beach town with lots to do. Highly recommend ! Thanks Katia!

We had a fantastic stay at Maria’s beautiful apartment. I am still thinking about the views from the balcony. We enjoyed a delicious glass of the complementary wine up there. The only downside is that we only stayed one night. Will definitely return again. Maria is a friendly and responsive host. I usually don’t leave long reviews but I have to say that it was one of the best Air BnBs that I have ever stayed at.
