A very nice house with large garden, all rooms are large and clean. Beautiful view from the balcony. A quiet location and we liked it very much that we had privacy. The hot tub on the balcony was fantastic. We'll definitely come back. Thank you

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Frederic's place. The house is located in a quiet, rural village. We have not been bothered by ambient noise at all. Frederic personally welcomed us and all the information was clearly explained. The house was equipped with all comforts and more. The sauna is an added value to completely relax. The areas were clean and match the pictures. Congratulations on your beautiful home, Frederic. It was an ideal start to 2025.

We have been to La Main d'Or with our family during the Easter weekend. A beautiful cozy house, cozily furnished and spacious, clean and nothing was missing. Nice Easter atmosphere was present, as well as delicious chocolates, delicacies and drinks. We felt right at home there. You do have to like climbing stairs, but it is an easy to walk staircase. Spa is a great city with delicious eateries. There is plenty of information available in the house about what there is to see and do. We loved our stay in Spa. Who knows until next time.

Bart and Pasquale are so helpful and inviting. The house is absolutely beautiful. The street has a beautiful church and Mayor's house that are so splendid. You are immersed in the history of this little town. I recommend and insist that if you get the chance, you must visit. Thank you so much.

Very neat and very nice property. We were here with 3 couples for hiking and cycling. The house was spotless and equipped with all the necessary comforts. Everything is here to make a pleasant and fun weekend. There are 3 bedrooms that are definitely ample for a weekend or midweek. In the hallway upstairs there is even room for clothes to store. The small things have also been thought of, such as clothes pegs, paper towels or tablets for the dishwasher. The house is located in a beautiful walking and cycling zone, close to several junctions. The garage is spacious and can be used to store several bicycles and recharge batteries. At the back of the house is a freight track. Despite this being one of the busiest in Belgium, we have hardly been bothered by this. The view of the railway bridge (Arcaden) is beautiful. Claire responded immediately to questions and gave tips when we asked for them. Perfect hostess !

La Quinta is a slice of heaven on earth, away from the bustle of the city and all the worries. Joana is the perfect hostess, leading you to the best bakery or ice cream shop nearby. Our children who love the goats, pigs, geese, ponies and the (pregnant) donkey, and the adults actually too. As if the well-equipped games room was not enough, there is also a caravan full of toys in the garden. The interior is curated with care, taste and creativity and it is wonderful to spend time on the terrace. La Quinta is the ideal base for a beautiful region and for, for example, a walk around the castle of Modave and the beautiful view there. But would you leave La Quinta? The only downside is that donkey Marie-José did not like it during our stay. 🫣

The cottage is gorgeous, it’s like being in a Pinterest dream😍 Everything is perfect and aesthetic! The kitchen is fully equipped to cook a nice dinner and breakfast, everything was prepared to not have to leave the house at all. The surroundings are also beautiful and peaceful, ideal for a nice long walk if the weather allows! A lot of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The outside of the cottage is very romantic as well. The only downside is that we could not manage to warm up the hot tub enough (we used all the wood and still it was below 30 degrees so maybe better for warmer weather) We loved the place and we will definitely come back for our 2nd anniversary next year 🥰

Very friendly host, quick to reply to any queries. The accommodation is beautiful. All amenities are provided and we had a wonderful time. It is even more beautiful than in the pictures and the bedrooms all have their own bathrooms. This is very pleasant if you are with 6 people. Highly recommended!

We visited our daughter for a few days, who is studying in Maastricht. Her younger brothers were able to stay with her, we had this beautiful two-room apartment to ourselves. Our children were able to visit us for dinner due to the spacious kitchen and large dining table and we felt really at home for a few days. The location is great, right next to a beautiful pedestrian bridge to the city. There is always something going on in the public square behind the house, yet it is relatively quiet. This is also good, because due to the older, Dutch construction of the walls, windows and roof, you can hear almost every noise from outside. The furniture and the equipment of the upper three floors are very high quality and have charm. The rooms are bright and friendly. The first floor is a kind of office that you don't really need to live in. Philippe helped quickly when we needed something. Overall a great experience that was worth the money.

Beautiful large space, beautifully modernly furnished with a sauna (and billiards) as the icing on the cake. Nice that the sleeping space and bathroom are on a loft. Bed is very conformation. Around the house beautiful horses and nice dogs. In the area there are easy to do several walks in the beautiful hills, or a visit to Liège is easy to organize. Also, shops are within short distance. Very convenient, nice place conveniently located.

Great family retreat in a big house with so many activities that we didn’t want to get out of the estate, we played until we dropped on the tennis court, basketball field, table tennis, pool table, super Mario machine, football table. We used both kitchens (so two ovens, two dishwashers), but the one stove downstairs (with 8 pits!). Bedrooms are well isolated so sleeping in silence, and ofc full darkness at night in this area.
