The house, called "la_casetta_delle_bambole" (see Insta) is very small, characteristic of mountain houses, but it has been renovated to have all modern comforts! It is heated with a romantic wood-burning stove! Outside (although in a central location) it has a green space where you can relax and admire the view in any season, the village is always inhabited and alive all year round! PLEASE NOTE: CALCULATE +€1.50 PER PERSON FOR TOURIST TAX TO BE PAID ON SITE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.

A very cozy little wooden house on a very quiet campsite in a small village below Sestriere. Beautiful view over the rooftops of the neighboring houses into the mountains. The kitchen has everything you need. The public washroom is great and only a few steps to go, warm, clean and has a great shower. The host was super friendly and helped me a lot when I missed the bus. Thank you for that! I went to Sestriere every day on a beautiful path away from the ski slope. Overall, everything was as I imagined it and as it was read in the listing. I'd come back.

We had a great time at Viola's apartment. Ideally located (walkable center) with beautiful mountain views. The terrace is the big + with plenty of space, breakfast is a must. I would recommend this rental.

As described, studio perfect for singles or couples about a 15-minute walk from the station, just minutes from the local "supermarket" and the forest entrance. Nadia was very kind in picking me up at the station and gave me useful tips and various leaflets about the woods area in addition to always being super available if needed. The apartment is equipped with everything you need to cook and some extra bases (salt, oil, sugar...) and is really cool in summer. Small but functional bathroom with towels for every part of the body, hairdryer, and various soaps. Small negative notes, the water in the shower is heated (at least in summer) with solar energy, in the evening it is nice warm, but in the morning I found it as warm as possible. Being a studio, all the appliances are in the bedroom and the noise of the fridge/freezer can be annoying for those who have a light sleep (nothing a couple of caps does not solve) I would go back.

This place is a little gem. There everything we could possibly need and we felt like at home. The area is very peaceful and there are beautiful views of the mountains. The pizzeria is just downstairs and it's 5 mins walk from the ski lift. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a lovely place to stay near Sestriere, just 5 mins by car. Thank you Saverio, you're a wonderful host.
