Villa vacation rentals in Boracay

An absolutely brilliant place to stay! The location is quieter than the busy white beach and situated at the top of the hill where you have the best views of Boracay. The accommodation is clean, and well equipped with everything you need. We were extremely well looked after by the hosts. It is probably more suited to the younger generation due to the 250 steps up the hill but my 70 year old parents made it after a couple of stops. When checking in, wait at the beach entrance to the Microtel hotel and not the street entrance.

We had a great time during our stay. It's just a few mins walk to the beach. The staffs are friendly, responsive and accomodating to our requests. It's a home away from home.

We stayed here during bagyong “Ursula” and spent Christmas. They are very accommodating and kind. They let us use the amenities not included in our package, and even offered us to stay without additional fees until we can set sail to Caticlan. I am looking forward to staying here again hopefully under better circumstances. More power to you, guys. God bless!

Monette was very kind and very helpful and responsive. The villa was as described. We had a brilliant 3 weeks here woth a family of 7. The location is very close to the beach, maybe 3 minute walk. Easy to walk to station 2, maybe 10 minutes max. The staff were amazing and very helpful. Very lovely breakfasts they made us on a couple of occasions. The pool is great, the kids loved it. Will definitely be returning.

We absolutely loved our stay there during Christmas. The caretaker was very sweet and would come in when we were gone to spruce up the space. The only thing we didn’t realize was that the bottom floor was not accessible from inside the main house, but because the villa was in a compound we felt very safe and not as concerned about letting our kids sleep in the AC. There were a few dogs that roamed the compound and occasionally they would relieve themselves on the walkways, but it was always cleaned up in a timely manner. Overall we loved the villa and are looking to book a second trip already.

We loved our stay!! The Villa was perfect for our group of four, and the place was absolutely immaculate and clean. It was wonderful being in the hills a bit, it was so peaceful and relaxing - and then so easy to get to Diniwid Beach (less than a 5 min walk) or anywhere else on the island with a quick tricycle ride. However, the BEST part of our stay was Roy - the caretaker. He was so very kind, responsive, and helpful and made our stay so pleasant and easy. He even stayed up late to make sure we got in our first night and helped us get late night dinner. I would 100% stay here again!!

Nice place to stay - very easy access to the beach, shops and restaurants. Very nice staff and Bogart the dog, too!

Absolutely fabulous villa with unique architecture and decor. Wonderful location - overlooking Diniwid beach, close to everything but very private and peaceful.

You need to be fit to walk up the path every day. No ankle, knee or hip issues. When you arrive at the top of the hill, it is paradise. The attached villa/room needed some work so the owners upgraded us to the penthouse suite upstairs (as we had 4 people). The main room is lovely and very well appointed. Kitchen was great. We bought eggs from the locals, who are warm and inviting. Host supplied coffee and bread. We walked down to the long path to the right at the end of the road and came out at Crimson resort. Beautiful beach. Then got an etrike home. 300 pesos to go to the Mall each day for a great selection of restaurants. So easy to get around. Went to Puka beach, absolutely heaven on earth. Mama's Fish House a definate for lunch or dinner. It is on a private quiet little beach. Happy hour everywhere. We loved the Mexican restaurant in D'mall. brisket taco dip. Wow. Best mango Margaritas.

This is a unique haven slightly away from the beach offering a peaceful shady setting on a hot day. The open plan house is designed for coolness and relaxation. Our daughter loved lying in the hammock. The delightful restaurants on the beach provided all our dinners and brunches and memorable sunset drinks. A great relaxing holiday despite arriving the day after the typhoon which caused chaos on the island. The staff at the house were amazing in how they got the house and garden back in shape within days.

One Hagdan villas has been the best Air BNB I have ever stayed in ! The views are spectacular! The pool is amazing ! Pearl the concierge was extremely helpful and gracious! She took my family and I to the beach multiple times and was extremely helpful with recommendations within the town ! The guards also were extremely helpful and polite! Would definitely stay here when coming back to Boracay! It’s a great quiet , peaceful safe place to stay! Thank you for everything !

It was our 2nd time visiting Boracay and Elena’s place made our trip more unforgettable. The place is very clean and felt secured. Our caretaker, Romel, was a very dedicated person that although we asked him to set a birthday surprise(cake, balloons and others) for one of our group members in a last minute, we were amazed what he did for us. Of course he was always helpful for other things as well. Only thing is that even though a free shuttle is mentioned in the description of this villa, they no longer does it for free and it takes about 300 pesos per way to D-mall which is still reasonable. Thank you again for welcoming us hope to visit this villa again!

Great beachfront house with no crowds that you have in other parts of Boracay...Easy walk to stores and restaurants and we'll equipped for family meals that we cooked at the house.. Very great as a place to stay for a family of 10 or more to enjoy a relaxing, quiet and private getaway. This place is safe and has a great view without being disturbed by anyone. It was enough for our 11 adults and 2 children to send. It was good enough for family conversations and relaxation in the spacious living room. Peter and Jovi were very kind and quick to sort things out. Guests who expect the facilities and services of a 5-star hotel would recommend the use of other hotels. However, it will be a great option for guests who want a large family vacation. Access to the house is a bit of a hassle, but not too inconvenient. Rather, we like it better. From the entrance of the accommodation, the surrounding area is always guarded by security guards, so it is very safe, but the location of the accommodation is not disturbed at all, and the location of the accommodation was very nice. It is a place where you can enjoy a beer with a direct view of the sea of Boracay from the cliff. If you need access to downtown Boracay and the beach, we recommend considering other accommodations. However, it seems to be a good option if you consider a home-like accommodation with a large family like us. Of course, it won't be as comfortable as my home.

The location was absolutely beautiful and the house is just as advertised in the pictures!
