Vacation rentals with a patio in Boone County

Very cute little house. I was visiting my daughter who goes to Mizzou and this was perfect. My daughter lives in downtown Columbia and Kips place was a 5 min drive or it could be walkable if you prefer. Layout was great for myself my nephew and 2 of my daughters friends. Kip was great at communicating. Very smooth weekend. I wouldn't hesitate to rebook.

This is our second stay at Matt’s place. Close to Mizzou’s campus and being able to see our daughter. It’s a great place and Matt was a great host.

It was the perfect house for our fraternity mom’s weekend. It had everything we needed. The linens and towels were top notch. There was plenty of space for parking. The beds were comfy. I would highly recommend this house!

The home is amazing - we had a wonderful time here and enjoyed all the amenities and the views. We celebrated our twin girls’ birthday and it couldn’t have been more pleasant the way the downstairs is laid out is — it’s very open and airy and the views from the back sun areas are really breathtaking. Also it was fun to watch a movie with the theatre style seating. The hosts were also extremely responsive and easy to reach for any questions we had. Any time we are in Columbia, we would love to stay here again. It’s definitely five stars!

My husband, two dogs and I stayed here over Easter weekend. The space was perfect for our needs, plenty of space for us and our pups to spread out. The location was just a little outside of town, but close enough to get downtown in less than 15 mins. We were in town for a show at a blue Notw, but managed to try two new places we’d recommend— Goldie’s bagels and Endwell Taverna— both very good! The only negative is as totally out of anyone’s control— the terrible rainy weather prevented us from using the backyard much— guess we will have to come back when it’s sunny!

We love staying at Marcia's when we visit Rocheport and wouldn't consider anywhere else. She makes everything so easy, she leaves great treats, and the house is comfortable, cozy, and peaceful. We'll be back!

We stayed at Patrick and Teresa’s place for a wedding and it was perfect! It was conveniently located not too close to downtown but close enough that driving and walking are possible. It was right by where I lived in college so I knew the neighborhood well and felt very comfortable and safe staying at their house. Patrick and Teresa were wonderful to work with and made the whole process easy and smooth.

Loved this home. Very cozy and exactly as described. Photos were spot on. Everything was super clean. Vanessa was AWESOME. She was very accommodating and her responsiveness was better than what I’ve experienced with most hosts. Highly recommend.

Stayed overnight as part of a cross country trip. Great location and a great fenced in yard for our dog. We would definitely stay here again!
