The Eclectic Downtown Retreat was absolutely perfect for our stay! The location could not have been more convenient for walking to our favorite places - Acola coffee, Nourish Cafe, and Logboat Brewing. Cute art shops are two blocks away and worth a peek. Beds were comfy, and the home had everything we needed. Kara was responsive, helpful, and was generous in meeting a request we made. We will definitely stay here again!

Our stay was perfect and spacious for our needs and family while visiting Columbia. Was a great location, very clean, clear instructions, easy check out, and host was very accommodating with great communication, helpful, and granted us a late check out which was helpful with having tournament games all day on check out day + having a baby needing a nap. Great place to stay 💗 Personal preference variations- very firm beds and no fans in bedrooms.

Great place to stay!! Super cute house, big backyard for doggos and nice neighborhood. There is a tenant downstairs but they were peaceful and doesn't effect your stay there. 🤍

Kay is a wonderful host. She met us at the house, shared lots of helpful insight on the area (restaurants and points of interest) and we had an easy and relaxing time. Great location if you are visiting the University area.

This was our second year in a row staying at this property. We like the quite area and yet is close to everything you need. Beds were very comfy and the addition of the second TV in the bedroom really enhanced our families stay. Looking forward to next year!!

Cannot beat the location, half a mile from downtown! Was the perfect space for a group of friends for a sorority reunion. The house is old but the bathrooms are updated with new showers and everything was very clean!!

Shawn & Betsy provided detailed instructions about how to find the house, which was important because maps apps don’t get you there. They were both proactive and responsive. The house was exactly as advertised. There was more than enough space to accommodate our group of 5. Great hosts!

Warrick place was perfect for a weekend at Mizzou. I was able to visit with my child and we were fairly close to downtown. He had coffee and coffee machine available and some cold filtered water in the refrigerator. Tv has was large. We basically just used one bedroom and the bathroom which was very adequate. Thank you again Warrick for sharing your home with us.

This was my second stay in this lovely home. The hosts are always so communicative and proactive and kind. This will not be my last time staying in this home, as my daughter will living and studying in Columbia for the next few years and we will want a nice, home like place to stay. Great home with excellent amenities and location.

This is the second time that we’ve stayed at Grandmas house. Good location. House has everything you need.

The space is so cute and comfortable. They have done a great job with all of the little touches. The showerhead in the bathroom is amazing, and I want to order one for my home immediately. I love the clean designs of the decor and the quaint character of the architecture of the house. It was a perfect stay.

The Cedar Bungalow comes with perfectly responsive hosts, a lovely acrage to roam, and a step closer to nature than your average airbnb stay. Come ready to practice a few camping skills while still enjoying many creature comforts.

AMAZING!! The property was absolutely beautiful and the house was emaculate! Anything you could possible need was available! I have never been to a rental that was so accommodating. Every single detail was thought of!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Our hosts went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay . From the well stocked kitchen to the thoughtful welcome basket, we felt right at home ! Their house is comfortable, spotless, beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a perfect stay .The neighborhood is peaceful., yet is close to grocery stores ,shops, restaurants and downtown Columbia. We would definitely stay here again.. Five star hosts and a five star experience !
