Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Boone County

My family was obsessed with this place! The kids loved the upstairs “kid’s club”! Everything was perfect honestly. We just wish we had more time there to use the fancy kitchen and sit on the large porch. Rainy weather restricted us but we would love to come again to explore Indy more!

The house was beautiful and spacious with all the comforts of home. Main level is wide open with a lovely kitchen and living room, plus three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The basement hang-out is the perfect additional area. Very comfortable couch and beds. I highly recommend to anyone, especially those in town for events at Grand Park. Kroger and restaurants minutes away. Grand Park an easy 10-minute drive.

Joe is a very responsive host with a house that is nice and cozy. We had easy check in and check out. the house was nice and clean and we appreciated that. We liked the outside seating area and took advantage of that one afternoon. The house was in a quiet area and easy to get to other places around Indy. Our host made sure the house was clean, and well stocked.

The home was super cute. Lots of vintage charm and character. We enjoyed the large front porch. They supplied a lot of items, that for the most part we didn’t use, but we appreciated that they offered. We enjoyed playing some of their albums. They moved the tv from the bedroom to the living room upon our request which was super nice. They responded quickly and the house was clean. I wish the water in the shower was warmer, but it was manageable. A note, if you’re a coffee drinker you’ll need to bring some. We definitely enjoyed our short stay here. Thank you to the hosts!

Katie was an amazing host and super friendly!! The cute little home smelled amazing the second we walked in. Everything was very clean. It was only a couple blocks from the HiFi concert venue we went to, which was awesome!! The parking behind the house was so convenient! The only thing I would mention is the gate behind the house is a bit tricky, so you just need to be careful. It helps if you have someone get out and open and close the gate while another person parks the car. I loved the little complementary snacks and the record player!! Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely stay here again!!

The house was great - plenty of space for 6 adults, 2 teens, a 10yo, and a dog! We loved the hot tub, ping pong, and skee ball!! Beds were comfy, house was well stocked, and we settled right in and had a great time. Location feels private and secluded, but was a 15 minute drive or less to everything we needed or wanted to do. Would absolutely book again!!

The house was amazing. I want to hire whoever did his lighting for my house. I cannot say enough good things about how awesome his place was. It was perfect for the weekend getaway. We had the dog enjoyed the yard.

Awesome, spacious place with very comfortable beds. Could use some towel bars in the bathroom to hang wet towels but that is my only recommendation! It was great for our family get together!

One of the best Airbnb stays I’ve had so far! Very lovely upstairs unit above Connie’s house, very spacious and tons of amenities, including a tray with an ice bucket for you and your friends to enjoy some drinks together as well as some extra food items. She was very accommodating. I checked in super late & was allowed a super late check out, in which I’m beyond thankful for! I work at the Withham hospital, so the location worked out perfectly! & Walmart is just right down the road! I’d leave more than 5 stars if given the choice! Thank you so much for your kindness & hospitality Connie!

Perfect location close to the Monon and City Center restaurants. Everything was clean and comfortable.

fantastic host. clean place to stay. perfect location for us attending for the NFL combine. within walking distance to places to eat, things to do, the stadium and convention center. will recommend to anyone and everyone.

This was the cutest/coziest Airbnb I’ve been to! I’d definitely visit again, downtown is only about a 5 minute drive away but there’s also things to do that are easy to walk to. Molly was a great host and I would absolutely recommend a visit.
