Cottage vacation rentals in Bonita Springs

Liv was very nice and willing to go above. She was very focused on helping with any needs. The area and the back yard was a family favorite 🙂. We highly recommend her as a host.

Holly's home is wonderful. It's clean and well-kept. Siesta is a quiet, comfortable park in a great location. Only minutes to restaurants, stores and the beach. Holly is very attentive and will respond to any communication quickly.

This is a beautiful home. Well appointed and well maintained. Everything was spotless. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!! The host thought of almost everything. Kayaks, bicycles, pool towels, etc. My only recommendations for improvement would be facial tissues and fans for sleeping. That’s it! That’s all I could think of.

Michael and Lorna were super friendly and easy going but, at the same time, respected our privacy. The guesthouse was super clean with state-of-the-art appliances and had absolutely everything we needed to prepare our own meals in the beautiful kitchen. The pool area was gorgeous. The weather was on the cool side while we were there, so we didn't get in the water, but we loved sitting outside in the patio area enjoying the beautiful and peaceful surroundings. As an extra added bonus, they have two adorable puppies that were out a few times a day. We loved our extended stay at Las Tortugas Azules and would definitely consider staying there again if in the Naples area.

I hesitate to write this because I do not want the word to get out, but this is the perfect vacation spot. We are a family of five who had to cancel international travel last minute and were looking for something peaceful to spend time together. Our stay at Turtle Trax was everything we needed and more. The home was a perfect location on the island and fully appointed with anything you might want/need during your stay. Tortuga Properties goes out of their way to make it all easy. We filled our days with beach walks, pool swims, kayaking, and taking in all the nature of the island. The only hard part to this vacation was deciding which sand dollars to keep and leaving North Captiva. We will be back!

All was as described. Honestly one has to take into account that this island and these properties are still recovering from hurricane damage. I could not pick a couple of things but that would be unfair honestly. We were super happy with every single aspect of our stay, would stay there again, and would recommend anyone looking at the home to book it with confidence. Great property. Great people. Great location.

We had a great time at Mike's place. The house is in a quiet area. It was all very clean. Kitchen utensils such as spices, coffee, water were provided. The house is very nicely decorated. We particularly liked the heated pool. Mike left us fish food so we could feed the ducks and turtles. The view of the small lake was great. Supermarkets can be reached in 5 minutes by car. The communication with Mike was very good. The house is an absolute recommendation. When we get back to Florida, we'll be back!

This is a completely self contained private dwelling with a beautiful pool in a quiet neighbourhood. Well situated with access to shops/restaurants/beach/Naples. A slice of paradise to relax in and enjoy the shabby chic decor. Mimi and Andy were on hand if needed - the perfect hosts. Thank you

This tini home is great! We had two very nice days - the area is super calm! Out neighbour was a gator - so don’t go for a swim 🫢🙂

This place is a hidden gem within old town naples. It definately has the old florida / key west look inside. If you can appreciate this type of look you will love the decor and charming character the cottage brings. I rented an electric bike and used this to get around but it is not needed, the beach is 1 block to the right and 1 block to the left are the shops and restaurants. The farmers market on Saturday was awesome and weather was fantastic. Eileen was very attentive and kind. She also provided beach chairs and umbrella which I used daily. Will definetly go back when in Naples. Highly recommend ♡

We had a great stay. The cottage was very clean. The location was convenient to activities. Vita was always quick to respond and helpful . We would definitely stay again.

We have rented several homes to vacation in, but this is by far the best, most enjoyable, furnished, clean place that we have ever been to. Thank you and your wife for providing us such a great vacation. Our first visit to the Airbnb was very late arrival -10pm. When we pulled up the entire house was lighted up. Very impressive. Went inside to find a very clean space, opened the refrigerator door to put our food away and immediately noticed the Brita water filter in the refrigerator. Unpacked and went to shower and noticed a full spread of bathroom products for us to use. The feeling of showing up at this house was like showing up at our own home. Friendly owners, private location and a clean place to stay. All you could really ask for. If ever in Fort Meyers again, I would certainly look to come here first.

We loved our stay here. Guido and Monica were great hosts, and are very responsive. The house is in a great spot, very close to the beach and causeway. Very clean and everything you could need was provided. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Thank you!

The place was great! Perfect size for 3 or 4 people. The beach supplies (wagon, chairs, umbrella) were SOOO handy! It was just a short walk over to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies to cook if desired. Since the hurricane, there was a limited amount of restaurants open. We didn’t mind this since we cooked but just a heads up!

We loved our stay here. The Enchanted Cottage is a cozy little oasis and perfect for a nature-lover like me! We loved taking the kayaks out on the river and seeing alligators, dolphins, and iguana. It was also a short walk into town for restaurants, bars, ice cream, and events in the park. Our dog loved visiting the Bonita dog beach. Taco Tuesday at Maria's is a must! We had such a relaxing stay. 8 days here was not enough and I hope to be back some day.

Federico was amazing! he went above and beyond when we had a minor emergency with our 3-year-old daughter and helped us get some medications (and a humidifier!) for her on the mainland without us ever having to leave the island. he was always very helpful and responsive whenever we had questions about his place or the island. The space was very kid friendly and though it is a shared Deck with the house next door we hardly even saw or heard from The neighbors. oh and because it's not completely obvious from the listing you do not have to share the hot tub with the other house. There is one at each house. also, the description is a one minute walk to the beach probably needs to be updated given that there is now houses backyards you have to walk through if you take the most direct route. Other than that the area underneath the house was wonderful for our kids to play in when we weren't at the beach and the 6 person golf cart was just big enough for our party of five. A+ highly recommend

Wow! We loved this house. Great outdoor seating, loved watching the boats come and go. Pool and hot tub were fantastic. Great flat grill for dinners at home. Good restaurant options in the area. Cape Coral is close to so much, but away from traffic. Loads of windows and natural light. Very clean. Highly recommend.

This place was perfect for my wife and I traveling with our Parrot. Friendly neighbors and beautiful palm trees surrounding. We would definitely book Martina’s place again.

Met my mom and sister for a weekend stay at the Cracker Cow Cottage. The home is spotless, adorable and well thought out. We had everything we needed. All the attention to detail shows the host(s) really care about their guest. Michelle is very attentive and is excellent at her job. Highly recommend.

We had two families and we both enjoyed our stay! The house was very accommodating for both our families with kids. We all enjoyed the salt water pool and patio. The information binder provided gave clear instructions for our stay and provided many recommendations for restaurants and activities to do. Stu and Cathy were very helpful and even personally check on us during our stay!
