Located in a hilly area, surrounded by greenery, a 5-minute walk from the historic center. It has a large garden equipped with deck chairs and sun loungers, parking, a garage for storing bikes/mountain equipment and a cellar. For the summer months, a cultivated vegetable garden is also available from which to draw seasonal vegetables and fruits.

The village of Carlevaro is located in the middle of a clearing, surrounded by woods, reachable in about 15 minutes from the state road, and therefore from all the services that the villages of Melle and Frassino can offer (excellent restaurants, grocery stores, etc.)
