We built the house by hand, using a large part of local resources, a stone wall and clay to increase thermal comfort, a wood stove, a bathroom with water treatment that feeds the plants and an independent solar energy system. Property right on the sand in front of the beach with beautiful views and a large garden. The house has an ocean view from all areas, from the breakfast table to the comfort of the bed. Located in an ARIE (area of relevant ecological interest), where the USP Marine Research Institute is located. Access to the property and 2 beaches controlled by land. In front of the beach, there is a floating bar for boats and there may be music.

Our house is a rustic house and is only 2 minutes from the beach, in the center of Bonete. It is the ideal place for those looking to disconnect and reconnect with nature. For those who like surfing, Bonete has one of the best waves in Brazil, but know that it's not for beginners. There is no signal there and access to the wifi is rare. So take the opportunity to explore the area, catch a beach and relax!

Houseboat, on the sand & charming...

An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing. The place has a delicious energy to rest and contemplate the stunning view of the sea and Ilhabela, which is in front of us. It's a unique paradise! Namaste We accept 1 pet per stay (up to 20 kg).
