Welcome, I have just over 20 acres of land, mostly wooded. This has now become an active family farm that requires land and livestock maintenance on a daily, you may hear a bit of noise during daylight hours, unless it’s a holiday weekend when my kids visit, those weekends can get a lot louder. I have been trying to keep my kids quiet for nearly 38 years…..if you’re a parent, you understand. Ha. It’s beautiful here, and your comfort is top priority. Beautiful sunsets and the sounds of nature.

Grumpy’s Getaway

So glad Grumpy's is finally finished, it's been a fun 4-year complete remodel project, working weekends and constantly looking for pieces to make it Unique. Grumpy's Getaway is located directly across the road from Rock Island State Park, It has 2 bedrooms, a walk in shower, a wraparound Porch with a Hot Tub perfect for relaxing. Also, have a 50 amp RV plug at the corner of the Cabin for EV Car charging if needed, We Do Not offer a clean out station. Firewood and Kindling are provided.

This tiny retreat is located in McMinnville, Tennessee and has all of the necessities all in a nice little package. We are located minutes from Rock Island State Park, Fall Creek Falls, Burgess Falls and Cumberland Caverns. Relaxation awaits you at this peaceful little paradise away from the hustle and bustle of daily stresses, yet the downtown and hospital are only a couple of miles away. Many restaurants, kayaking, caves, trails, fishing and boating are all in abundance in this area.
