Fra soveværelse er der adgang til badeværelse med dobbeltvask, toilet, bruseniche og vaskemaskine. OBS! Vær opmærksom på at der skal betales ekstra gebyr for voksen nummer tre og fire. Den smukke Faxe bugt og Noret lige udenfor huset sætter rammen for et helt vidunderligt sted. Huset blev kåret som vinder af programmet Danmarks skønneste Sommerhus på DR1 (2014). De velindrettede 50 m2, med op til 4 m. til loftet passer perfekt til et par - men er også ideelt til familien med 2-3 børn. Året rundt kan der bades i ”Svenskerhullet” ml. Roneklint og den lille fine ø Maderne, som ejes af Nysø slot. 10 km fra Præstø. Desuden er landskabet skabt til smukke gå – og cykelture.

Huset består af 2 små entréer, lyst køkken-alle rum med tilhørende stue, badeværelse og 2 soveværelser. Der er 5 sovepladser i boligen. Her er god plads inde og ude. Til huset hører 2 mindre haver. De er ikke indhegnet med hegn, men hæk ud til vejen. Der er en stor hyggelig gårdsplads, med havemøbler og grill til.
