Vacation rentals with a patio in Bonbeach

Great little flat in Windsor/St Kilda area, with a tram stop right outside and another a few minutes walk away, to get into the city. Owner was very kind and responsive, made the stay easier and stress free. Would stay again if in Melbourne again!

This accommodation is a gem! It’s incredibly cozy, truly feeling like a home away from home. Host Janette is outstanding—friendly, quick to respond, and always supportive. The place is beautifully designed and spotlessly clean. The bed is super comfortable, and the sea view is breathtaking, especially during sunset. It’s the perfect, relaxing spot to unwind. I’m definitely coming back for a longer stay!

Catherine was very helpful and easy to communicate with throughout the booking, check in and check out process. The place was amazing and in such a great location in St Kilda. The added touch of putting the fire on for us on arrival, on a cold evening, was very thoughtful. We had a great time in St Kilda and Melbourne, using Catherine's place as a hub made it all the more special. I cannot forget to mention the great recommendations for cafes, bars and restaurants locally that are now on our 'must go back to' list.

The apartment was very comfortable, beautiful views particularly at sunset but also early morning with large balconies to enjoy it from, and an easy walk down to the beach. Parking in the building is great. Everything was clean and well looked after, and there were helpful pantry and fridge supplies. The beds were very comfortable, and nice modern bathrooms. Access to the highway to explore is very easy.

Emily was a wonderful host and very accommodating. She has done an outstanding job with the apartment decorating it with taste and style. I’d happily stay there again.

Lee’s place was fantastic for overnight stay in Melbourne. Walking distance to the city, restaurants, bars, theatre district. Parking on site was very convenient. Small car recommended. I would not hesitate to stay at Lee’s place again.

This home was a gem . Very spacious , comfortable and clean with plenty of heating and cooling if you need . Lovely linen and a spacious backyard & table tennis to amuse the little ones . Great position for our family event , close to the local pub & cafes . The host even supplied a few extra treats for breakfast. Amazing would definitely stay again. Thank you

We loved our stay here, great location, quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Lots to do around the area and all within a short drive out. Chandi was really helpful when the wifi stopped working abruptly midway through our stay, she quickly came down to resolve it. It’s also very baby friendly and it was such a comfortable stay with our 11 month old daughter. Will definitely stay at her place again if we’re visiting Melbourne. Lovely host with a lovely place!

The Dune beach house was the absolute perfect escape for my partner and I. From booking , to champagne on arrival , the location , the gorgeous thoughtful intricate design of the house and decor , the huge projector and the most comfy couch I have ever lounged on , everything was just perfect. We would 1000000% be booking and staying again. Thank you guys so much for such a wonderful stay.

This is the second time I have stayed at David’s beautiful home. Can’t thank him enough he is very responsive and clear with instructions to get inside. Once you are inside it’s absolutely magical. Views are incredible and the house is just so perfect. Can not recommend this place enough and I can’t wait to go back again one day. 5 stars

The house was well located, clean and had everything you could possibly need for a perfect girls weekend away! Cosy nights by the fire and a short walk to the beach to watch the sunset were definitely highlights. Marta was easy to get in contact with and has all the little details thought out. This place was amazing! It was huge, there was even a garaage which is something my friend and I dont see often in our country, and there were so many things to do in the airbnb itself. We regretted only staying for one night as we felt like we didnt get to fully experience the things this airbnb had to offer. The rooms were super clean and comfortable as well!

By far the best Air b n b we have stayed in! Would highly recommend for two couples or a family. The home was very dog friendly too! Best part of all was the hot tub overlooking the trees!

The location is good, centrally located in Melbourne. The place is clean and convenient and comfy. It was easy to check in as Rui and Narathorn came to deliver the key to me and showed us the unit and made sure everything was in place before they left. I would highly recommend this place

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless – very clean and tidy throughout, which made it super comfortable. The location was central and convenient, with easy access to public transport, making it a great base for exploring the area. The host was exceptional – clear and consistent with communication, and all instructions were easy to follow. Selina’s place was just as beautiful as the photos promised. The location, overlooking Queen Victoria Market, was perfect! Central and convenient, with easy access to everything whether on foot or by public transport. The view from the 45th floor was incredible, such a unique perspective of the city. We had an amazing stay and would absolutely love to come back. Thanks for everything!

Lovely spot in Seaford. Back of the building complex so very quiet and peaceful. No noise from other residents. Easy walk to the shops of Seaford, either along the beach or along the creek. We did have issues with access through the front door which Sid tried to help with. We ended up just using the key to the back door for coming and going. Great space for a couple, 2 couples or a small family. Maybe a carton of milk for guests would be a nice touch of welcome.

Great accommodation! Bill was nice to show us the facilities & food options in the vicinity. Apartment is conveniently located with nearby train station, shopping mall with supermarkets & restaurants. Apartment is clean & comfortable 🙂
