A nice contemporary house located in a very quiet area on the outskirts of St Brieuc. Well-equipped. Parking space in the yard and possible to park on the street. Quality bedding. Small pretty garden. and great hospitality by Marie claire.

We had a great three-day weekend in this perfect house for a peaceful stay. The house is well arranged, not too big, very clean and very well-equipped. Located in a cul-de-sac, it is particularly quiet, while being close to the Annex Terre and the main sites to visit in the area. Nicole is a very welcoming and available host, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would highly recommend it!

Ideal address for our family group of 14. Very nice outdoor spaces as inside the cottage. Heated swimming pool, table football billiards room… for our enchanted young people. Well-equipped rental, sufficient dishes, large family table, comfortable living room, good bedding, beautiful antique furniture. Optional Delicious meal main course ordered with the owner! Very pleasant weekend at Georgina and Steve's. We enjoyed the welcome we received from the hosts. Having a bathroom and toilet in each room was also very much appreciated. The house is very large, very well-equipped: powerful vacuum cleaners, lots of dishes, a stove to warm up when returning from hiking. Ideal rental for stays with friends or for family reunions. Numerous sites to visit within a 20 km radius. Recommended.

Pleasant and functional house to accommodate several families. Close to the beach, it is possible to walk there. Jacques is very welcoming , we even had homemade crepes!

Perfect for a restful escape in the middle of the countryside. The cottage is rustic and simple but clean and comfortable. We loved the pool, the quiet and the two giant cows next door. Lots of facilities and walks in nearby Pontivy and Irene was an exceptionally helpful and friendly host.

Very good stay at Nadine and David's, responsive and very nice. Our dog Sherlock and our 2-year-old son took full advantage of the huge garden and pool upon arrival. We did all the walks around recommended by Nadine and we were not disappointed!The only difficulty for us in the accommodation was the very steep staircase with our 2-year-old son, even though it was consistent with the photos of the cottage.

This place is a separate stone cottage in the large garden surrounding a mansion at the outskirts of a modern countryside village. It overlooks a pond with spectacular views in the morning light. It is old and small, but very well equipped and so charming that peculiarities as limited standing height are forgiven. As abase for excursions it is well located, taken into account that in this region distances are measured in tens of km. The host is very responsive and took immediately care of issues with the house. Recommended.

This was our second stay at this listing (July 2023 and August 2024) and we will be happy to go back. The location is great just steps away from the beach. Beautiful sea view. An excellent stay! At Robert's, there is absolutely nothing missing to feel good; full kitchen, impeccable bedding, cleanliness, comfort, warmth, total calm and a welcome kindness from the owner. Just an 8-minute drive from Lamballe, supermarkets and everything you need to enhance your trip (restaurants, train station, shops etc.). Highly recommended of course for a stopover in the area, a couple's vacation or a business trip (which was my case for this period).
